THE CELEBRITY AWARD- HC YEARLONG SCHOLARSHIP Dancers receive a yearlong scholarship to all two day regional conventions good during the 2017 season. Tuition for regional convention is paid for. Hotel, airfare and competition fees are not included. THE STARDOM AWARD-NATIONAL FINALS SCHOLARSHIP Dancers receive a scholarship to the 2016 National Finals. Tuition for the 2016 National Finals workshop is paid for. Hotel, airfare and competition fees are not included. THE HC DANCER AWARD The most prestigious award at Hollywood Connection is the HC DANCER AWARD. Several students in each city will be chosen to assist in their regional (home) city for the 2017 season. HC Dancers will assist with all classes and perform at the Wrap Party. Travel, airfare and competition fees are not included. THE HOLLYWOOD MAKEOVER AWARD Pre Qualifying Award Each dancer will receive a mini headshot photo-shoot at the 2016 National finals with Los Angeles photographer Levi Walker. One dancer will be chosen to receive a photo shoot, including hair and make-up. Winner will be chosen at our 2016 National Finals. One dancer will be chosen to receive a full photo shoot, including hair and make-up. Winner will be chosen at our 2016 National Finals. Hotel, airfare, convention and competition fees are not included STUDIO SCHOLARSHIP Pre Qualifying Award All recipients will be considered for this award just by attending the 2016 National Finals. Three chosen dancers will receive 1 week of unlimited classes at Millennium Dance Complex good for use up to one year. Hotel, airfare, convention and competition fees are not included. Must attend the summer event to be considered. LG AWARD Pre Qualifying Award Recipients will have a private audition with the Director of the Los Angeles Laker Girls at the 2016 National Finals. At least one lucky lady will be chosen from our National Finals to assist Lisa at the Laker Girls audition or if you desire to be a Laker Girl yourself, skip the initial preliminary audition and go directly to the second cut. Ladies must be 18 and older by audition date (July 2016). Hotel, airfare, convention and competition fees not included. THE FAME AWARD Pre Qualifying Award Just by attending the 2016 National Finals, recipients of this award will have a private audition with the talent agents from The Movement Talent Agency. Several performers will be handpicked to be represented in the dance industry for film, tv, commercials, music videos and live shows. Hotel, airfare, convention and competition fees not included. ESTABLISH YOUR EMPIRE Be Bold Experience Pre-Qualified Dancers Only The recipient is pre-qualified for enrollment to the Establish Your Empire "BE BOLD" Experience taking place at the 2016 National Finals. NO submission application is required for pre-qualifying winners. BE BOLD Enrollment Fees do apply. ALL fees to be paid directly to Establish Your Empire and not to Hollywood Connection. MUSIC VIDEO WORKSHOP Pre-Qualified Dancers Only Bonnie Story (Emmy Award winning choreographer of High School Musical franchise) will be shooting a music video at the 2016 National Finals for all the pre-qualified winners of the Music Video Workshop Award. They will work directly with Bonnie, learn to work with the camera, how to be on set, dance and acting will be involved. Each dancer will receive a dvd of their music video and HC will premiere these videos at our wrap party. There is an additional fee for the workshop. Covering costs to run this workshop. ICON TITLE AWARD & ICON RUNNER UPS In each regional city, participants in each age division will be awarded the Hollywood ICON Award, chosen by our faculty. All title winners and runner-ups will be eligible to compete for the Hollywood ICON of the Year at our 2016 National Finals. There is an additional fee applied to all ICON participants.
