12 Safety Statement Safety is the first priority and no compromise with safety, that is our company policy. Company safety department has developed and in-house Safety Manual which describes the essential safety practices to be followed by every company individual. Company has its own safety and loss prevention department, which is controlled by the Safety officer of the company. It is his direct responsibility to develop new safety standards and implementation of safety practices among the company people. Implementation of safety practices is also the responsibility of every individual working in the company. Following the good safety practices creates safe working environments. Delegated Safety Engineers will conduct Safety refreshing seminar on regular intervals. Hazard identification will be prepared, reviewed and approved prior to commencing any activity. The copy will be distributed among the craft people who are involved that particular works. It is mandatory that all the employees working in the company must be attend a Safety Awareness Course which conducted by the company safety department. Safety inspection will be conducted for every equipment and machinery and it can be put in service only after obtaining the approval.
13 Quality Statement True Blue Quality control policy is to deliver products and services confirming to Quality plans and contract requirements. In order to meet this objective a quality control plan has been developed by the company expertise in accordance with International and local quality standards. The quality plan outlines the organizational policies, which are established to ensure that all industrial services and construction activities are carried out under controlled conditions. Industrial services shall be in accordance with the specifications, and related International industrial standards. This quality assurance standard establishes the basis for the quality assurance plans implemented within True Blue organization. It states the requirements, assigns the responsibilities and prescribes the principles governing activities that are the key to quality. Compliance with this standard is mandatory and applies to all company projects The overall responsibility for True Blue QA/QC program rests with the QA/QC Engineer & designated inspectors. Authority and organizational freedom has given to personnel performing the QA/QC functions. All company personnel shall adhere to the contents of this QA/QC program and no deviations from the methods set forth herein shall be permitted.

16 HSE POLICY The main purpose of the policy is to, A. Increase personal safety, B. Systematically monitor the working environment in order to reduce damage to health, C. Systematic treatment of lost of time and near miss accident to prevent recurrence, D. Reduce the accident frequency with in the work site. SAFE Practice Of Work Prior to any operator starting work he will be made fully aware of all risk involved in carrying out the operation and how to minimize the associated hazards. In order to manage the control of hazards and risks it is essential to follows some fundamental principles. A. If possible, avoid the risk completely, by using different materials or methods if they are not essential to the activity. B. Wherever possible, adapt work to individual, especially in choice of workplace, equipment and methods of working with the aim of reducing monotony that contributes to potential hazards. C. Take advantages of technological progress that often makes work safer and more efficient. D. An active and safety culture must exist and be assured so that the principle of risk prevention are part of everyone s attitude at every level in every activity. E. Incorporate preventive measures in a coherent policy to progressively reduce or eliminate risks. Abrasive Blasting: 1. PPE for Blaster: Blaster helmet with impact protection cover with fresh air supply and inside collar suit made of hard wearing material Goggles for eye protection Leather gloves covering forehands for hand protection Safety Shoes.

PPE for operator within the work area: Dust Cap or mask to prevent inhaling dust Goggles for eye protection Safety shoes a) Sand blasting is not permitted and only Garnet/Grit blasting is acceptable. Wherever possible, all blasting operations must be done on enclosures or rooms, which are well ventilated. b) Take proper precautions to avoid loss of abrasive in to environment especially drain and marine water. c) Appropriate warning signs shall be posted near the work area to warn the personnel about the potential hazardous of blasting operation and to advice the health and safety precautions. d) All blasting hoses and equipment shall be checked periodically. e) Workers should not eat/drink with in the work area. They should wash their hands and face before eating food or drinking water. f) Keep the blasting hose as straight as possible. Make long radius curves around any object. Sharp curve extensive wear on the tubes of the hose and could cause a blowout at the bends. g) Air supply to the respiration system is critical to the safety of the users. Poor quality air will cause series respiratory injury or death to the user. h) Never connect a breathing airline to an air source that has not been tested for gas and particle contamination. i) Always shut off the compressor and depressurize blast machine before doing any maintenance work. j) Always check and clean all filters, screens and alarm systems when doing any maintenance work. k) Never install coupling or nozzle holders that do not provide a tight fit on the hose. l) Install safety pins at every coupling connection to prevent accidental dies engagement during hose movement.
