1 DAY CAMP SUPPLY LIST SUPPLY LIST (estimated per 20 campers) During the course of the summer the following list of supplies will be used in running an effective camping program for the children. The Camp Director will work with the Youth Center in rationing the supplies to last the course of the summer. Having the supplies ready and packaged for camp before the staff gets to the site would benefit both parties in obtaining a smooth running program. The following list is directed towards camps of twenty campers, exact quantity will vary with the size of the camp. Please note that the following is a suggested supply list. The supplies needed for this event will vary depending on the number of the children involved in the program each week. Camp Adventure requires many services throughout the summer beyond the tangible supply list. Access to cooking facilities and baking goods for snacks and other activities Weekly access to a copier for camp certificates, newsletters, schedules, etc. Daily or reasonable access to computer, a printer and internet for counselors. Carnival prizes -- Special events Daily or reasonable access to a VCR for the children on rainy days Camp Adventure appreciates the effort that will be put forth in cooperation with the Camp Adventure staff in running an excellent program.
