Scope of work / function Duties / Responsibility 1 i) To deal the issues related policy ii) Administrative proposal for sanctioning from H.O.D./V.C & M.D. iii) Preparation of Board notes and deal that matter for seeking approval. iv) Entire process of short listing of s/ural firm for prestigious projects. v) Attending meeting with higher authorities, officials, VC & MD/JT-MD /HOD S/CE /Mantralaya/ other govt. officials and preparation of minutes of meeting if required. vi) Periodical site visits, along with concern officials vii) To deal related issues of project as and if necessary. i) To deal RTI Matter as PIO. ii) Commitment about the Project as Scheduled dates. iii) Preparation of presentation and briefing of project to management. iv) Monitoring works/ projects and any other related issues of project assigned to staff. 2 xi) Preparation of Agreement (draft) required for appointment of Consultant xii) Finalization of broad specification and conceptual design xiii) Other internal issues and sectional administrative work etc. 3 Associate 4 / Deputy 3 i) Monitoring the work/project assigned. ii) Co-ordination/correspondence related to the respective work/project. iii) Minutes of Meeting of concern issues. iv) Preparation of site visit reports. v) Process the Invoice/Bill of Consultant vi) Deal the RTI cases and prepare the draft reply. vii) Collect the information of ural products/specification for introducing in projects. viii) Attending meeting site visits. 7 i) Development of ural design ii) Development of Interior layout iii) Scrutiny of drawings received from the consultant appointed or outsourced the job. iv) Scrutiny of In-House ural/ Structural drawings. (Viz.-structural Design/Estimate/Tender Purpose) for respective projects. v) Checking of working drawings/ details for Execution purpose. vi) Checking of submission drawings required for C.C., O.C., N.O.C., etc. and i) Complete the work of necessary drawing for required purposes and forward the same to concerned department. ii) Certify the marketing and Agreement purpose drawings iii) Projects In-charge of respective division iv) Get the work done from as required i) Mainly responsible to drawing part ii) Scrutiny/checking the drawings and communicate the points to concerned department for compliance iii) Correspondence related to the projects. iv) Certify the Developme nt officer (D.O.)
