INSTRUCTIONS: THE ULTIMATE SCHOOL EXCURSION
WHAT IS BOUNCE? BOUNCE is a massive indoor trampoline universe that s all about jumping high and landing soft & safe. Imagine over 100 interconnected trampolines and 500 square metres of circus - grade padding and air bags. Kids will love bouncing off the walls, landing in the big bag, tackling the wall and trying their hand at trampoline dodgeball and the slam dunk rings. Bounce provides a healthy, fun and challenging adventure activity for kids that are suitable for any skill level. Our school programs are designed to be stimulating and our staff are trained to ensure maximum group and individual participation. REBOUND EXERCISE IS THE MOST EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE FORM OF EXERCISE YET DEVISED BY MAN. - NASA SAFETY AT BOUNCE SAFETY IS OUR NO.1 PRIORITY AND BOUNCEINC HAS AN OUTSTANDING SAFETY RECORD! We look after everyone that comes through our doors! The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. With this in mind... BOUNCE staff enforce safety guidelines that focus on keeping jumpers within their limits. BOUNCE has been carefully designed to minimise risk of injury to jumpers. - All equipment is custom built for BOUNCE, ensuring no parts of the trampoline frames or springs are contactable when bouncing. - The equipment has been built for ground level access, mitigating the possibility of falling from a height and removing the risk associated with traditional backyard trampolines. - BOUNCE uses 50mm thick padding over all metal bars and springs. We conduct regular checks of all trampolines and equipment to ensure all are working, safe and clear of obstructions.
BOUNCE WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH STUDENTS AND STAFF. A FUN AND REWARDING LARGE GROUP ACTIVITY. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. EDDIE GILLESPIE, HEAD OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION, ALBERT PARK COLLEGE
BOOKING INFO Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the booking date. Bookings are essential. BOUNCE runs on a capacity basis. Payments are non-refundable for lower numbers on the booked date. If a session is completely booked, additional students not already booked into that session will be unable to jump. Due to council requirements regarding the transition of patrons between jump sessions, single sessions at Blackburn North run for 50 minutes. Double sessions run for 1 hour 50 minutes. School group rates apply during the 2014 school term (excluding public holidays). SESSION TYPES Refer to bounceinc.com.au for school program pricing 1 HOSTED SESSION OF A SKILLS LEARNING PROGRAM A Bounce host takes your group through skill building activities and trampoline games. 1 UN-HOSTED SESSION OF FREE-JUMPING Roam freely through the venue and try everything at your own pace. 2 SESSION PROGRAM - 1 HOSTED SESSION OF A SKILLS LEARNING PROGRAM & 1 UN-HOSTED SESSION OF FREE-JUMPING For the first session, a Bounce host takes your group through skill building activities and trampoline games. For the second session, your group is free to roam through the venue and try everything at their own pace. 2 SESSIONS OF UN-HOSTED FREE-JUMPING Double the fun! For two sessions, roam freely through the venue and try everything at your own pace.
HEALTH BENEFITS Trampolining is one of the best and most effective forms of exercise! Here s why: CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS A study carried out by NASA found that 10 minutes bouncing on a trampoline is a better cardiovascular workout than 30 minutes of running. IMPROVED HEALTH Bouncing on a trampoline regularly can help increase the body s metabolic rate and its ability to burn calories more efficiently. CO-ORDINATION AND AGILITY Bouncing on a trampoline increases body and spatial awareness, balance and coordination. LOW-IMPACT EXERCISE Trampolining provides an intense workout for the muscles and bones. It also provides the body with an allround workout while reducing the risk of injury to the joints. MUSCLE TONING Regular use of a trampoline can also help improve posture and general muscle health. Using a trampoline helps improve whole-body strength. IMPROVED BONE DENSITY Trampolining can help reduce the risk of bone conditions. The trampoline bed absorbs the majority of the impact, so the bones and joints are protected whilst exercising. STRESS RELIEF Trampolining releases endorphins which can combat depression, anxiety and stress. Regular sessions can promote relaxation, better sleep and provide more energy. ELITE ATHLETES TRAIN AT BOUNCE! ANNA SEGAL Freestyle skier and X-Games gold medalist DAVID MORRIS Australia s No. 1 Ariel skier & Olympic Silver Medalist COOPER VUNA Melbourne Rebels I m really stoked that BOUNCE has opened. It gives me a chance to practice all my ski tricks and skills when I m home and off snow. I trained for the 2014 Winter Olympics at BOUNCE. Look at me. I m 102 kilos and definitely not like your average gymnast but it s a lot of fun and the team gets a lot out of it.
