3 Social skills and Organisational skills and Technical skills and Group working attitude, also in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams, obtained working in international project, short term scientific missions and works with clinicians. He undertook several international collaborations within leading foreign Universities such as the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the University of Zurich. These collaborations enabled him to develop not only specific research experience, but also the valuable and transferable skill of exploiting different scientific specialisations, i.e. biology and robotic control. He also developed and maintained successful working relationships with both internal and external collaborators, leading interdisciplinary research activities (proved by joint papers) or offering collaboration to other authors. He designed and developed dissemination prototypes, presenting the results of his own research and of the other projects in important scientific and innovation conventions (The Times Cheltenham Science Festival, Innovation Convention 2011, etc...). Good organisational skills obtained during European Project collaborations (experimental trials organisation), undergraduate student tutoring and courses teaching. He recently conceived and wrote, in collaboration with other colleagues, national and European project proposals, where the Scuola Superiore Sant Anna acted as coordinator. Utilising excellent leading and organisational skills, I supervised Ph.D. and undergraduate students during their research planning or thesis works. He undertook collaborations with local companies. Learning to connect academic research work to industries requirements, he acquired the necessary skills to maximise the impact of cutting edge scientific research. He wrote one national and one international patent, thus he acquired the necessary skills to transfer scientific results in technological innovations. He also posses key in the robotic field, which can be exploited in leading position.
