5 Pro1 Base Module T955W The T955W includes the master thermostat and the base module. This is a stand alone wireless thermostat solution. The T955W is compatible with up to 3 heat, 2 cool heat pumps or up to 2 heat, 2 cool conventional systems. R250W The R250W is an outdoor temperature sensor accessory and must be paired with a T955W. The T995W and R250W can be used to set a dual fuel balance point, which eliminates the need for a fossil fuel kit. R251W The R251W is a wireless indoor remote sensor accessory and must be paired with a T955W. The R251W communicates with the T955W. Up to four R251W remote sensors can be used with each T955W. The R251W can be configured to sense and display room temperature only or allow remote override. 6 Pro1 wireless for easier installs and improved user comfort What are the benefits of wireless? Easy to install thermostat anywhere with no wires needed. R251W Indoor Remote Sensor. Must be used with T955W. Wireless Range Range between the T955W and the base module is up to 100 feet with no obstructions and up to 50 feet in standard residential construction. A simple and affordable solution for setting a dual fuel outdoor temperature balance point. (T955W + R250W) Improve comfort by averaging up to 5 temperature sensing points. Priority can be set by sensor and by time period. (T955W + up to four R251W) The dual fuel setting can also be used to efficiently run a program on a heat pump with electric auxiliary. When coming out of setback, the dual fuel balance point and our innovative balance point run-time feature can be used to keep the strip heat from turning on until the balance point run-time expires. (T955W + R250W) R251W Seen with setpoints turned on. T955W Master Thermostat. The T955W master thermostat can be 24V or battery powered and communicates wirelessly to the base module. Control up to a 3 heat, 2 cool heat pump or 2 heat, 2 cool conventional system. Up to four indoor remotes and one outdoor temperature sensor can be connected to one T955W.
