3 Assets We Lease We provide funding solutions for a wide and varied range of technology, from tablets to laptops, desktops to printers/copiers, servers and storage, audio visual and digital signage, networking and telephony equipment. InnoVent s funding solutions can also incorporate workplace office furniture, such as workstation desks, office chairs and board room tables. In addition to the more traditional office-based technology assets, we also provide lease solutions for retail, manufacturing, logistics and services equipment. Our typical contract lengths range from 12 months to 5 years, with the majority of our clients retaining their equipment for between 3 and 4 years. 4 Asset Management InnoVent Complete Asset & Lease Management Service (iclams ) was developed in-house by InnoVent as a client web portal to provide instant online access to leased and client owned assets in a single repository. iclams is a multi-asset class, multi-lessor, multicurrency, asset management solution, which is able to manage a plethora of assets, from technology to vehicles, plant and machinery to medical equipment, ground support equipment to smart-meters; the list is infinite. We understand the variety of equipment that our clients have within their businesses and iclams caters for the unique attributes associated PEOPLE ASSET DATA PROCESS SYSTEMS with each asset allowing feature-rich data to be captured against each asset. InnoVent collects and records detailed asset information on all new purchases and populates our iclams system with the financial, technical and location attributes of assets. iclams enables effective cost centre recharging between group companies, business units and client contracts which will help improve budget management within organisations. At the End of the Lease After our clients have used the technology assets for an initial usage period, the equipment is returned to our end of lease processing centres. On arrival, all equipment is securely data erased guaranteeing absolute data sanitisation of all IT assets, including servers, desktop/laptop computers, smart phones, tablets, SSDs and virtual drives. InnoVent is responsible for making sure all equipment is processed in accordance with to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) and the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS).
