15 FHWA Models Roadway Safety Data Program (RSDP) The FHWA Office of Safety established the Roadway Safety Data Program (RSDP) to advance State and local safety data systems and safety data analyses. The RSDP is an overarching program of roadway data improvement efforts that is cohesive, wellinformed, and visionary enough to not only serve as the basis for near-term projects but also anticipate and plan for mid- and longer-term improvements.
