Paul Kaiser Corporate Finance Partner T E +44 (0) paulkaiser@unw.co.uk Paul joined UNW in July He has over 30 years experience of Corporate Finance transactions and led the North East Deloitte advisory team prior to a period in the London based Advisory Business. Paul specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and private equity sponsored transactions. He has an extensive network within the London Investor Community. John Healey Corporate Finance Partner T E +44 (0) johnhealey@unw.co.uk John joined UNW in 2014 after spending 10 years in corporate finance and assurance at PwC, followed by two years as a Finance and Managing Director in the education and training industry. He has advised on numerous acquisition, disposal and strategic review processes for clients ranging from SMEs to FTSE 100 companies; he has also worked extensively with private equity. John also has hands on operational experience of leading on a company sale and integration process.
