The SAN25 maximum weight capacity is 36 kg (80 lbs.). The SAN25 is adjustable, allowing +5 / -10 of tilt. CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage! CAUTION: Do not use this product for any purpose not explicitly specified by Sanus Systems. The wall must be capable of supporting five times the weight of the monitor and mount combined. This product is not designed for use in metal stud walls! If you do not understand these instructions, or have doubts about the safety of the installation, assembly or use of this product, contact Sanus Systems Customer Service or call a qualified contractor. 6 1 Install Brackets 1. Determine the bolt diameter for your monitor or your TV type. For TVs with a flat/unobstructed back, see 1-1. For TVs with an irregular/obstructed back, see 1-2. If you need extra space to accommodate cables, recesses, or protrusions, see an installation option (1-2) that uses spacers. 2. Ensure that the brackets are level on the back of the TV. CAUTION: Standard configurations are shown. For special applications, contact Customer Service. CAUTION: Use the shortest screw and spacer combination needed to accommodate cables, recesses, or protrusions. Using hardware that is too long may damage your TV s internal components. 6

10 3 5mm (3/16 in.) CAUTION: WOOD STUD MOUNTING 1. NOTE: Use awl to verify stud location. Any material covering the wall must not exceed 16 mm (5/8 in.). 2. Mark locations for pilot holes using wall plate as a guide. 3. Drill pilot holes to a depth of 63.5mm (2.5 in.). 4. and 5. CAUTION: Do not over-tighten the lag bolts [05]. Tighten the lag bolts [05] only until the washers [13] are pulled against the wall plate [01]. 10

12 4 13mm (1/2 in.) CAUTION: SOLID CONCRETE AND CONCRETE BLOCK MOUNTING 1. Mark locations for pilot holes using wall plate as a guide. CAUTION: To prevent property damage or personal injury, never drill into mortar between blocks. 2. Drill pilot holes to a depth of 63.5mm (2.5 in.). 3. Make sure Concrete Anchor [04] is seated flush with surface. Any material covering the wall must not exceed 16 mm (5/8 in.). 4. CAUTION: Do not over-tighten the lag bolts [05]. Tighten the lag bolts [05] only until the washers [13] are pulled against the wall plate [01]. 12

14 4 CAUTION: CAUTION: You will need assistance with this step. Install the TV / Bracket assembly by fitting the top hook of the mounting bracket over the top edge of the wall mount. Swing the mounting bracket down until the spring loaded locking tabs slip over and fully engages the bottom edge of the wall mount. You will hear an audible "CLICK". 14

15 5 A: Adjust up / down tilt tension CAUTION: 10 5 A To remove TV from wall mount, pull down on bracket straps to release the locking tabs. Swing TV / bracket assembly forward from the bottom and lift the TV from the wall mount. 15
