Genezen Healthcare, Inc. provided turnkey pharmacy and infusion services to patients afflicted with chronic diseases. The company s initial focus was on the provision of Remicade to patients suffering from either rheumatoid arthritis ( RA ) or Crohn s disease. The Company provides industry-leading quality and customer support as well as capacity and scalability through its home-based medical transcription force in India. Heartland Information Services was sold to Transcend in October The Hygenic Corporation is a leading manufacturer and distributor of rubber, latex and synthetic products for the physical rehabilitation, dental and specialty healthcare sectors. The Company is best known for its Thera-Band line of color-coded resistive exercise bands, tubing and balls. Hygenic also manufactures a variety of natural and synthetic products for private label including dental dams, tourniquet straps, sanitary tubing and veterinary health products. In May 2006, Hygenic purchased Performance Health, Inc. which manufactures BIOFREEZE, a leading topical analgesic sold into the physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage markets. In April 2007 Hygenic was sold to the Cortec Group Fund IV, L.P. Jazz Pharmaceuticals was sold in August The MED Group is a group purchasing organization focused on the customized mobility, respiratory and home health segments of the healthcare market. The Company is the premier GPO for the bestof-class providers in the home medical equipment industry. The Company has the largest and most prominent network of rehab equipment providers in the nation, a rapidly expanding respiratory

In addition to providing the group purchasing function, MED is well respected for its ability to provide value-added services to its members. In November 2010, Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. purchased The Med Group. Origin provided software and services to over 50,000 physicians in 24 states. Origin was sold in November Preferred Homecare is a diversified provider of home healthcare products and services including home respiratory therapy, durable medical equipment, rehabilitation equipment, home infusion therapy and sleep diagnostic testing services. Preferred is an established leader in the Western U.S. servicing over 103,500 patients per month through 83 facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, Utah, and Washington. The Company also operates eight sleep diagnostic testing sites in Arizona and New Mexico and nine home infusion pharmacies in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Texas. Ametek, Inc. acquired Reichert Technologies in October Scrip Products Corporation is a premier healthcare distributor in the approximately $2 billion chiropractic, massage therapy, spa, physical therapy, and home health markets. The Company distributes both consumable products and equipment directly to end-users. SCRIP PRODUCTS CORPORATION Bolingbrook, IL SIRONA DENTAL SYSTEMS Long Island City, NY / Salzburg, Austria Sirona Dental Systems is a leading manufacturer of dental equipment worldwide and the dominant manufacturer of CAD/CAM systems for single visit crown restorations. Worldwide, Sirona holds the #1 market position in dental CAD/CAM and imaging systems, the #2 market position in treatment units (#1 in Europe), and the #3 market position in dental instruments. Sirona Dental Systems was sold in February 2012.

5 Take Care Health Systems, Inc. operates nurse practitioner-staffed primary care clinics located in high-traffic retail pharmacy stores. The Company s in-store primary care clinics provide cost-effective, convenient access to quality healthcare for families and special populations, including the underinsured and Medicare and Medicaid recipients. The Company utilizes nurse practitioners to offer patients primary care diagnostic and treatment services, and prescriptions for common ailments. The Company has secured exclusive regional contracts with Walgreens and the Jean Coutu Group (Brooks/Eckerd Pharmacy). In May 2007, Walgreens acquired Take Care Health Systems, Inc. TAKE CARE HEALTH SYSTEMS Conshohocken, PA TIDI PRODUCTS Neenah, WI TIDI Products is the leading manufacturer of disposable infection control products to the primary care, acute care, medical and dental markets. The Company has a full-service offering of over 1,800 finished good product SKUs in numerous sizes, colors and substrates, including medical exam table paper, drape sheets and gowns and dental tray covers, headrest covers and bibs. TIDI distributes its products through a world-class distribution network with which the Company has long-standing relationships that average over 20 years.
