Axentis solutions fulfill critical GRC requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley, Information Privacy, Ethics & Integrity, Legal & Regulatory, and IT Governance. Valitás remains the holding company for Corizon Health. The Company provides on-site healthcare services including recruiting and credentialing of medical personnel, management of off-site care, implementation of clinical pathways and disease management programs, utilization and other data reporting, and complete pharmacy services at 534 facilities across the country serving approximately 345,000 inmates in 27 states. VALITÁS HEALTH SERVICES Brentwood, TN CRYOCOR San Diego, CA CryoCor, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRYO) is a medical technology company specializing in the use of intracardiac cryotherapy technology. The Company is developing a family of catheter-based products that deliver cryogenic energy for creating cardiac lesions to interrupt arrhythmias, providing a curative and minimally invasive patient procedure. In July 2005, CryoCor completed its initial public offering and was acquired in June 2008.

3 DentalCare Partners, Inc. provides comprehensive management services to professional corporations that practice dentistry. DCP now manages 67 dental centers, 54 as Sears Dental in six midwestern states and 13 as DentalWorks in three southern states. The centers are typically clustered in major urban markets and provide both general dentistry and orthodontic services. DCP is, by far, the largest manager of dental practices in the Sears network and is one of the largest dental practice management companies in the United States. In March 2007, DentalCare Partners, Inc. was sold to North Peak Capital LLC and MSD Capital, LP. DENTALCARE PARTNERS Raleigh, NC / Pepper Pike, OH DIGINEER Mason, OH Digineer, Inc. was a provider of business and clinical software solutions to companies throughout the healthcare industry. Digineer was sold in June Mariner Post-Acute Network, Inc. was a provider of long-term care and sub-acute care services, primarily to the elderly. 4 NETREGULUS Oakbrook Terrace, IL NetRegulus, Inc. provided software and consulting services to medical products manufacturers and companies in highly regulated healthcare industries. NetRegulus enterprise software assisted clients in monitoring product quality from the clinical-trial phase through to post-market surveillance, and was a conduit for related regulatory reporting to the FDA. NetRegulus was sold in September NeuroSource, Inc. provides services to neuroscience-focused inpatient facilities and physician practices. Services include neuroscience-focused facilities development and management, diagnostic/treatment equipment acquisition and management, physician practice services, and consulting services. The Company purchased an 85-bed surgical pavilion and related equipment and licenses from Ravenswood Hospital in Chicago to create a specialty hospital focused on neurosurgery, neurology and orthopedics. The facility was renamed the Neurologic and Orthopedic Institute of Chicago. 5 PerfectServe, Inc. provides physician contact and hospital communication management solutions. The Company provides these solutions to both office-based physicians through its Practice service offering and to hospitals through its One 2 One service offerings. The conventional call answering process by which patients and hospital staff reach physicians is replaced with PerfectServe s solutions. The Company s solutions consist of a technologically advanced platform that significantly enhances patient to physician, nurse to physician, and physician to physician communications by improving accuracy, reliability and personal physician preferences over patient/hospital communications processes. PerfectServe was sold in October Same Day Surgery, L.L.C. owns and manages ambulatory surgery centers located in the Chicago area. The Company s strategy is to grow by increasing the utilization of its existing centers principally by partnering with local physicians, by opportunistically acquiring additional centers and by expanding the number of operating rooms at existing centers when possible. In October 2004, Same Day Surgery, LLC completed the closing of its sale to United Surgical Partners. SAME DAY SURGERY Chicago, IL SEACOAST TECHNOLOGIES Portsmouth, NH Seacoast Technologies, Inc. was a development stage medical technology company developing products that provide localized brain cooling to patients with compromised neurological tissue. Applications included treatment of ischemic stroke, aneurysms, intra-cranial hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury and subarachnoid hemorrhage. Seacoast Technologies was acquired in June 2007.

6 Team Health is the largest national provider of outsourced physician staffing and administrative services to hospitals and clinics in the United States. Team is affiliated with over 7,000 healthcare professionals who provide emergency medicine, radiology, anesthesiology, hospitalist, urgent care and pediatric staffing and management services to over 440 civilian and military hospitals, surgical centers, imaging centers and clinics in 42 states. In November 2005, Team Health was sold to The Blackstone Group for cash. TEAM HEALTH Knoxville, TN TERAMEDICA Milwaukee, WI Utilizing domain knowledge developed by the Mayo Clinic, TeraMedica, Inc. was a medical information technology company that designed, marketed, and integrated digital image and information management software for use by physicians, clinicians and information technology professionals in hospitals and multi-facility healthcare organizations. TeraMedica s principal product, Evercore connected the digital image infrastructure of a healthcare system from the imaging device to the electronic health record (EHR) and the clinical desktop. TeraMedica was sold in May UroTherapies, Inc. provided physician practice and ancillary management services to urology practices in California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey and New York.
