1 List of charges and services Valid as of June 20 th 2016 PLEASE NOTE: THE ENGLISH VERSION SERVES INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THE GERMAN VER- SION ALONE IS LEGALLY BINDING. This list of charges and services applies to the business relationship between the customer and NORD/LB and Braunschweigische Landessparkasse (BLSK), a subsidiary of NORD/LB with partial legal capacity. Pursuant to 13 of the government agreement with NORD/LB, any rights and obligations pertaining to BLSK shall be applicable to NORD/LB. Any declarations issued or received by BLSK shall have effect for the benefit of and against NORD/LB. Section A: Charges for services within the scope of standardized transactions for private and business customers (savings, traveller s cheques, loans, securities, safe deposits, other). Section B: Charges and performance characteristics of account management services, payment services (transfers, direct debit, card payments, cash deposits and withdrawals) and of cheque transactions for private and business customers. Section C: Exchange rates for foreign currency transactions (except payment services) for private and business customers. Section D: Out-of-court settlement of disputes and other complaint procedures for private and business customers. Pursuant to no. 17, section 3 of its general terms and conditions, the bank may charge an appropriate fee in accordance with statutory provisions for services which are not the object of this agreement or which are not indicated in the list of charges and services, where these were performed on request of the customer or in its presumed interest and whose performance, under the given circumstances, can only be expected against payment of such a fee. 1

Business customers will pay an interest rate of currently 17.00% p. a. for overdrafts. For consumer loan agreements, statutory provisions also apply. 4. Please ask your securities consultant for details on the amount of third-party costs pertaining to your security placement. If the sale took place in a depository which is different from the depository where the customer s portfolio is booked, an assessment fee will be charged. The amount depends on the depository. 4.5 Futures and Options (Eurex) Equity and Index Options 1% of the transaction value (option premium) in euros, Minimum commission excl. Eurex charges Charges for other futures exchanges and commodity futures upon request Clearing Fees NORD/LB charges a maximum of per contract for clearing exchange traded derivatives (futures and options) on the Eurex. Eurex charges and third party costs are charged separately. These costs are components of the respective transaction conditions. In addition, NORD/LB grants discounts, where applicable, in the context of individual or volume agreements Default Information Details concerning the offered account segregation models can be found on the EurexClearing AG website ( under Risk Management, Client Asset Protection. Portfolios on the Eurex are segregated using "Omnibus Client Account Segregation" unless specifically foreclosed by the clients (Elementary Clearing Model) Individual Segregation In addition, we also offer "Individual Client Account Segregation" (Individual Clearing Model). The implementation of the Eurex Individual Clearing Model requires joint planning and coordination of the process steps (Negotiation of corresponding contracts, implementation and adaptation of IT systems, etc.) With that said, a potential on-boarding process is individually to the segregation requirements needed for your institution. The duration and costs of the on-boarding are determined by these requirements. We determine the expenses associated with on-going costs using a proprietary turnover and account management fee based on your transactions. We would be happy to put together a tailor-made proposal to meet your requirements. 5

Pricing schemes 1.1 Pricing scheme for private current accounts (salary/ wage accounts, pension accounts) Each of the following private account pricing models is also offered as a "Basiskonto" according to the German Zahlungskontengesetz. Services specific to business customers (e.g. payment transaction mandates via computer centres, data storage media and electronic submitted orders with/without electronic signature) are charged according to item B I 1.3 and item B I 1.4 ( Current accounts for business customers, Model: BusinessGiroS ).
