The CPC program highlights theories of human interaction, allowing students to explore, and master, the principles of organizational dynamics, conflict management, training and development in the workplace, intercultural communication, and more. Monmouth s 31-credit CPC program requires students to complete core courses, electives, colloquia, a thesis or capstone project, or a non-thesis option. Communication Certificate Programs Students may choose from three exciting certificate programs as part of their Master s degree, or earn a certificate only. Each curricular track offers a series of specialist courses designed to provide practical skills that enhance your career focus.
