10 Semi-Permanent Makeup These procedures, also known as 'micropigmentation' are without doubt one of the most beneficial and popular treatments in the beauty industry today. The treatment which implants mineral pigments into the shallow 'dermal' layer of the skin is appealing to those who are looking to refresh and enhance features. The initial procedure is completed over two separate treatment sessions spaced approximately four to six weeks apart, the second or 'follow up' treatment is to fine tune colour density and ensure pigments have retained uniformly. They are here to help provide you with all the necessary information and non-surgical medical advice you may need to make an informed decision about your treatment or procedure. Cancellations and failure to arrive at scheduled appointments Where a deposit is paid to secure a consultation or a treatment we require you to provide us with 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel otherwise your deposit will be forfeit. Cancellations can be made by phone, or in person at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to arrive for an appointment whilst you are on a course you will forfeit that treatment Late arrivals We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, there may be times when a late arrival will result in reduced treatment time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment. Refunds There are no refunds on taken treatments or purchased products. If you require a refund on a treatment, any treatments taken will revert to the standard price of a treatment and lose the benefit of the course price. The refund of the remaining treatments is based upon monies left on the number of standard priced treatments taken. Refunds due are only payable during a working day 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and subject to approval by a director of Beyond MediSpa. Our prices can also be found on our web site General Gift Vouchers will expire after 12 months. All courses and treatments must be used within 12 months and 24 months if you are pregnant. Gift Vouchers are non transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used for treatments only before the treatment date. Child policy (under 18 s) In line with regulations from the Care Quality Commission, we cannot treat persons under the age of 18 (unless referred by their GP), or allow such persons into our clinics for their own safety.
