With more than 25,000 unique references, the newly released 18th edition is distributed digitally and optimized for tablet computers such as the ipad. The care guidelines are now used by 8 out of the 10 largest U.S. health plans and 1,200 hospitals.

Altogether, our editorial staff represents more than 115 years of cumulative guideline development experience. In addition, the team coordinates peer reviews by panels that include approximately 100 additional clinicians. Education and Training Staff Our clinical educators all registered nurses and CompTIA certified technical trainers (CTT+) have helped tailor training plans (including modular on demand training, interactive Web seminars, and onsite sessions) to fit the needs of hundreds of clients. By applying rigorous evidence classification techniques, they select more than 25,000 unique references to formulate into the precise clinical guidance for which we are known.
