Columbus Water Treatment Program Columbus, Ohio, U.S.A. is providing program management services for the City of Columbus six-year capital improvement program, with services being performed during design, bidding, and construction of various water treatment and supply projects. The program construction budget is US$500 million and includes 14 capital projects. Preconstruction services pertaining to all three of the City s water treatment plants are included in the program. 6 7

After a solid track record of successfully completing projects, decreasing project durations and delivering innovative improvements, was selected by the District in 2011 to serve for the duration of its bond program. Orange County Convention Center The US$748 million expansion of the Orange County Convention Center in 1999 made it the second-largest convention center in the U.S. at the time. The 2.8 million-square-foot building is situated on 240 acres, and includes nearly one million square feet of exhibit hall and loading dock space on one continuous floor. The project also included public infrastructure improvements, including enhanced streetscapes and utility relocation. Jackson Health System Miami, Florida, U.S.A. /owner s representative The Jackson Health System s US$1.8-billion, 10-year capital plan includes new construction, renovation and infrastructure improvements on facilities including those located throughout the Jackson Memorial Hospital campus. Numerous facilities are being transformed into a modernized, patient-centered health care system that can better meet the future needs of the population of Miami-Dade County and beyond. John F. Kennedy International Airport New York City, U.S.A. Program/construction management served as program manager for the John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport Redevelopment Program. This 20-plus year, multi-phased program balanced and integrated the capacity of the landside access system with the existing airside system to improve passenger service levels.
