10 What to be aware of: Chinese sub-suppliers or designers. Chinese cargo firms. Chinese employees with access to vital data. What to do: Know your Chinese partner. Check your partner s network that s what you pay for. Partnership leads to network which leads to growth. No network no possibilities of sanctions.

11 Chinese companies are concerned about their lack of knowledge of western consumer. European companies tend to believe they know it all. Marked research, focus groups, analysis of competitors and trade fairs are essential when collaborating with Chinese clients.
