1 Joey Ridenour Executive Director ARIZONA STATE BOARD OF NURSING Nursing Assistant Training Programs Annual First -Time Pass Rates The following is a list of annual pass rates for nursing assistant training programs approved by the Arizona State Board of Nursing. There were approximately 4491 first-time candidates. Candidates are required to score a minimum of 75% on the written exam which consists of 72 multiple choice questions. For the skills exam, candidates are required to score a minimum of 80% on each task without missing any key steps.
