Tribes The following three tribes were consulted: Kalispel Tribe, Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and Spokane Tribe of Indians. Federal, State and Local Agencies Numerous Federal, State and local agencies were consulted in the development of the proposed plan and this DEIS. Complete mailing lists for the scoping periods are available in the Plan Set of Documents.
