1 GOOD TEAMS GREAT GOALS 9910 Year Plan RI President Ron Burton, Rotary Club of Norman, Oklahoma City, USA A scope of our District plans for the year
2 Broad Philosophies that may Help: Enjoy your year in whatever role you undertake Innovate and be comfortable leaving footprints behind Keep open communication, listen and share others will be doing and experiencing just what you are Keep it Simple Say No occasionally, don t over-commit Have a written plan Enthuse and encourage others around you Put you hand up for help, don t sweat it Our District Theme is Good Teams, Great Goals, which is a reflection on my 35 years playing football (the round one) and the very strong belief that the strength of a team is much more than the sum of its players strengths. One of our key challenges in District is to find the best people to fill the roles available, and to harness the amazing breadth and ability of all District Rotarians in <<<>>>. and we hope to see you all at Conference 2014 in Waitangi book now to ensure your place over ANZAC Weekend. We want it to be a celebration of the successes you and the District have enjoyed!
