6 Practice Survey Naples, FL Results Overview 75 different practices responded representing 400 providers There were 36 practice management products and 29 different EHR products reported No one vendor dominates Naples, FL. The community has too many vendors to create a consolidated clinical record that a ACO would require Of those that responded to the survey, 75% of the practices have an EHR and > 95% of the physicians are using for full encounter documentation. This is twice as high as the national average 87% have stated that they have already attested for Meaningful Use Stage 1 The national average is only 35% Source: AC Group, Inc. 6

9 Survey Findings Vast majority of respondents in Private Practice Representation across many specialties with 45% Primary Care Most (~80%) have both PM and EHR Over 1/3 use Data center hosted solutions.
