Where all line work is completely in place and there has been a previous service at the address. PSTN Non In Situ is where there is no telephone line in a premise and no previous service at the address. All line work needs to be done. A third party may be required for internal wiring. PSTN Pre Cabled where all line work is completely in place but there has not been any previous service at the address ISDN Hi-Speed Integrated Services Digital Network is a high speed digital telephone line with 2 Channels & 2 telephone numbers so you can send/receive a fax while you are on a call. This is the price to get a high speed line if there are no active lines in situ. An ISDN Hi-speed line is an upgraded PSTN line. ISDN Hi-speed This is the price to get a high speed line if there are active lines in situ. An ISDN Hi-speed line is an upgraded PSTN line ISDN BRA Integrated Services Digital Network is a high speed telephone line with Channels so you can send/receive a fax while you are on a call. It has 2 telephone numbers. This is the price if there are no active lines in situ. ISDN FRA is a single, high-capacity line with 16 digital channels 15 of which are usable. These lines that come with 100 block of DDIs. 3, ISDN PRA is a single, high-capacity line with 32 digital channels 30 of which are usable. 5 Business Minute Bundles provides minutes of calls made at anytime to local, national and UK landline numbers and calls to any Irish and UK mobile network only. All other call types including premium rate and non-geographic numbers are excluded. Calls made outside of call pack minutes are charged at business minute bundle standard rates. Call set-up charge of 3.3c applies to all calls. Calls are billed per minute and rounded up to the nearest minute & cent. Bundles are applied to the account and not individual CLI's (phone numbers). The Bundle charge is billed monthly in advance. Unused minutes are not carried from month to month. Other Charges Porting Charges If you choose to transfer your numbers, the following one off Port charges will also apply per number. You can transfer all of your existing numbers or we can give you new numbers. Your numbers always remain your property. Porting charges Per Number Normal Hours 7.00 Out of Hours If a port is cancelled in process, before it completes or you wish to return your numbers to their original set up additional charges will apply. 1 Number Numbers 101+ Numbers Pre Port Cancellation Emergency restore Emergency restore can only be actioned within 24 hours of port completion. If a customer had DSL on one of the lines that was ported, the DSL will have to be manually reordered with their chosen provider. If customer wishes to migrate back to the Eircom PSTN network after 24 hours, new line lead times and prices apply. Ancillary services will not transfer as part of the porting process. The customer should set these up on the VoIP Phone system in advance of the port completion. Customer must port over all lines in a hunt group in the same port or the port will reject. Assisted Insta We offer an assisted installation service. This will cost 199 which is chargeable on the customers first bill. The engineer will configure the handsets and ensure the service is working at the router. The engineer will not touch or change any aspect of the customers LAN or internal cabling. 10 Other Charges If a customer chooses to receive their bill by paper through the post, Imagine will apply a per bill charge of Business protection free for the first 2 months and charged at 7.99 per month thereafter. Imagine Fraud Protection is charged at 6.43 per month. Imagine Service Charge is charged at 3.89 per month. A direct debit payment failure charge of applies for each failed direct debit. If your account is suspended a reconnection fee of applies. Customers that wish to cancel their service must give Imagine 30 days notice failure to give notice will be charged 200.
