1 The products of Cà dei Fiori bear the mark "Rocca dei Fiori" and include: culinary and medicinal herbs and herbal teas. As well as our complete range of herbs, you can also find our range of aromatic herb salts, all of which are produced and packaged individually on site. Rocca dei Fiori, not only sells teas singularly but also in blends designed for purifying and soothing, these teas also contain the unexpected, such as the petals from sunflowers or cornflowers, or the fruits of blackcurrant or from the Cornel tree. The only products not grown by Cà dei Fiori and associated companies are the spices from organic farms in Africa and from East Asia (South India, Tanzania, Vietnam, Reunion Island), these are imported and packaged here in glass jars of grams. Finally, the vegetable stock powder is perhaps the synthesis of the atmosphere of this company: rich in herbs it is the result of a balance between research and maintaining the integrity of quality. Perhaps because of this, Rocca dei Fiori products retain all of their aroma and flavour. The herbs are first cut and then dried using air heated by a solar panel system, then using special machines to separate, clean and shred the product, we are finally able to package them in bags or glass jars. Ca dei Fiori is very attentive to nature. This pricelist is printed on recycled from Danish paper, the production process only uses cellulose fibre made entirely from recycled and recovered materials. Not only this, the entire production process takes place in full respect for the environment. In fact, the energy comes from a power plant fuelled by natural gas and the water discharged is so pure that it can be used in breeding trout.
