3 To whom it may concern Cessie Fryland is part of the big gamble Elite Vest in Jutland, in the battle in the Olympic discipline taekwondo. Where I who act as her coach has the honor of working with Cessie several times a week. Cessie were selected to the team in the fall of 2006, and has since followed my training to great satisfaction. In my long career as a professional coach, I have rarely worked with such a dedicated and talented practitioner. Cessie participant always punctual in week training program and take great responsibility to optimize bathing his own and the team s efforts. Cessie is affiliated to Viby taekwondo club in Aarhus, but has its weekly training sessions at Team Denmark center in Aarhus stadium. For almost two years of intensive and focused training, Cessie is ranked in record time number 2 the Danish Taekwondo Federation s official ranking, second only to A-national team fighter. In this process, she has evolved to become a team player who knows that the environment for the individual to be optimal for that she can perform and the team should function. Cessie often act as supervisor, person of trust and support for the team in everyday life, a task she always performs with great respect. All this requires willpower, discipline and dedication. Cessie is also a loyal and cooperative person with an interest in the people she s with. There is obviously a lot of traveling both nationally and internationally, where Cessie manage to coordinate boths study and training on trips by using a great deal of free time to read and keep up with her studies. I can only give Cessie my best recommendations. I hereby wish to emphasize that Cessie is a girl with grit and with both feet on the ground and a girl who goes all the way to achieve success. With these words, I wish her the best of luck in the future, and I hope that this letter may contribute to this. 5 Recommendation by Maria-Cecilia Clausen Århus den 13/ Maria-Cecilia has over the last 4 years been employed in my company Tegn & Hund. Here she is with great diligence trained as graphic designer. Since my company is a small two-man company, Maria-Cecilia worked very independently. She has even had direct contact with our customers. She has designed a proposal for a specific task - primarily from presentations, but also independently - produced and delivered the finished product to the customer. Her production competencies are at high level. Of course I have watched Maria-Cecilia s work from the sidelines, and in collaboration, the tasks carried out to the letter. Besides that, Maria-Cecilia was an exciting asset to the company. She is a girl with grit, has its own meaning and is always ready with a helping hand. Her smiling creature and high spirits, is a daily sunbeam and makes collaboration easy The tasks have ranged from graphic design of administrative tasks to research and knowledge collection. Maria has been part of the daily work in the marketing department at ARoS and independently handled large and small design tasks. A selection of her work have been: banners for trade shows leaflets and brochures material for the various clubs on ARoS updating of wallfolie menu / signs for cafe wine list Maria has worked independently, and the quality of her work has been very satisfactory. She has even had contact with suppliers and have no problems understood to provide print-ready files for print. Maria has from day one caught the spirit of the department, which has made that she rapidly entering the assignments why she has been a valuable relief.
