Well-established vendor relationships with 150+ providers including: Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, Qwest, Comcast, Time Warner, Cox, and Covad. Over 1,500+ customers representing 5,000 locations, including: McLane Company, Barnes & Noble, The Sports Authority, Suburban Propane, The Salvation Army, Goodyear, Spacenet, Marchon, Sbarro, Liberty Travel FCC Licensed Common Carrier. Received US Patent May 22, 2007, for Secure Remote Monitoring and Management (SRM 2 ) system. Privately held company founded in 1991 headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Hicksville, NY and Minneapolis, MN.
3 Customer Benefits Objective, flexible, and accountable access to multiple vendors and technologies across varied geographies. Single easy-to-understand invoices, customized to specific business requirements, eliminating multiple contract commitments. Provide initial and ongoing network design, ensuring network redundancy and efficiency, resulting in operation simplification. Multi-carrier network communications provider including Internet, MPLS, Private Lines, Fixed Wireless Internet Access, Frame Relay, and Broadband, including DSL, cable and wireless. Secured managed services provider for data VPN, and firewall, utilizing a combination of Cisco, NetWolves and other industry leading technologies. Monitor and manage customer networks 24/7 utilizing NetWolves patented Secure Remote Monitoring o and Management age e (SRM 2 ) system, as well as other SNMP or customer provided monitoring solutions. Deliver redundant voice services, including switched and dedicated long distance and audio and web conferencing. Equipment integrator and field service installation and support.
4 Market Potential and Industry Trends Mergers and acquisitions of major telecommunications providers are taking a toll on customer service, account management, and general support. Tier One carriers have all but abandoned account support on customers billing less than $25,000 a month. Carriers have been applying pressure to their Channel and Agent programs by terminating Agreements, lowering commission i rates and increasing i quotas. Carriers are decommissioning frame relay networks, and forcing customers to MPLS solutions, which has created the demand for national managed Broadband. Customers are more cognizant of the need for redundancy and are more apt to deploy backup networks utilizing DSL, Cable and/or wireless mobile broadband. Wi-Max has the potential ti to reshape the telecommunications ti landscape.
5 Target Customer Small to Medium Business (SMB) usually less than 1,000 Employees. Limited or overwhelmed IT and Communications Staff. Current customers bill anywhere from $150 to over $150,000 in monthly network and communications related expenses. Primary Target $1K - $20K in monthly recurring revenue. Multi-site geographic footprint. Requires robust, high-performing infrastructure, but lacks the internal expertise or budget to design, build and/or manage the desired solution. Requires infrastructure redesign looking for cost savings and operation simplification. Requires back-up services to their primary existing solutions.
