1 Troop Calendar Updated June 9, 2013 Decided by the Scouts at the yearly planning meeting September 8, 2012 Presented to the Troop Committee October 25, 2012 Any changes will be posted on in the Upcoming Events frame on the left. Troop members will receive notifications through the Yahoo group calendar if they have signed up. Troop events for Scouts are in black Troop events for adult or youth leaders are in green Cub Scout events are in blue District, Council & National Scouting events are in red Government dates, natural events, & holidays are in purple Tentative items are in Italics. * Troop Meetings are usually on the first, third and any fifth Tuesdays, in the Fellowship Hall of Journey Church, 450 Blue Ravine Road (near Folsom Middle School), from 7:00-8:30 p.m. (Youth leaders should arrive ten minutes early.) * Patrol Leaders Council meetings (PLCs) are usually held on the 4th Tuesdays of the month. They should be attended by boy leaders & ASMs, but all Scouts are welcome. Troop game nights are usually on the second Tuesdays. Time and location will be announced (the time is often 6:00 p.m.) Overnights which are listed to start on Saturday may start on Friday (or earlier) and usually end on Sunday. Troop Committee Meetings (T.C.M.s) start at 6:30 p.m. Adult leaders and all Troop parents are invited to attend. Troop overnights are in Button Fill Other outings are in 10% fill. School breaks are in 5% fill
