Youth Applications Applications Make sure to get youth information, parent names, youth birthdates, parent birthdates and parent signatures. Adult Applications Make sure to get adult information, social security numbers, the answers to the six questions on the right, the signature to do a background check, the adult signature, the chartered organizational representatives signature and the committee chairman s signature. Welcome to the Scouting Family Open House Envelopes Hand this envelope out to new parents with all of the information you want them to have. Membership Inventory Sheet Please fill out and submit this form to the Scout office by November 15 th. IT will allow the membership committee time to check their rosters against yours to see who is not registered with the Scout Office. 6 Leave no Trace Make sure to have every leader sign up for their training and attend in September so they can put on a quality program. This is a program for leaders to learn how to properly appreciate the wilderness. Long Lake Webelos Resident Camp Info This is a three day camp in the summer for Webelos. Webelos Activity Badge Counselors Use this form to help find Activity badge counselors. The Sweet 16 of the BSA This form will help you figure out safety in Scouting. Snowflake Festival This event is coming up in the winter. Make sure to sign up for this fun event. Alumni Committee Help the Council get more alumni Scouters reengaged. Join the Alumni or National Eagle Scout Committee! Devils Lake Hike This is a well attended event. Sign up soon if your unit is going. Bucks Scout Day Wood Badge Camp patches This is a fun event for all kids to enjoy the Milwaukee Bucks with other Scouts. This is an adult leader management training course that will be offered in the Spring. Use these as incentives for kids to go to camp. If you need more, stop in to the office.
