4 Project Objectives Wider objective: to ensure sustainable development of Russian higher education through quality assurance structure for degree programmes in line with Bologna and EU 2020 strategic objectives Specific objectives: 1. To develop countrywide procedure for HE degree programme accreditation harmonized with ENQA 2. To establish independent Programme accreditation entity based at Bologna Club entitled to assist HEIs and the Ministry of Education 3. To train expert (peer) pool capable for degree programme evaluation 4. To enable pilot run of the developed procedure

6 Who is who in the project? At the beginning of the project life Project Handbook with a brief description of work experience and contact details of each project staff member has been developed and distributed
7 Team Structuring Teams were established at the beginning of the project Description of the tasks provided from the start point Representatives from all consortium members are involved in one of the teams Management Team Steering Committee
8 Management Team Responsibilities: Arrangement of the project mobilities Purchase of the equipment (tendering procedure) Financial reporting Communication of the consortium members
9 Steering Committee Responsibilities: Quality control of the project activities Quality assurance of the IQA methodology throughout the project life Distribution/Redistribution of tasks between consortium members Consultations on conflict issues Internal monitoring of the project implementation
10 Table of shared responsibilities At the beginning of the project each consortium member received a clear plan of activities with responsible partners and deadlines.
11 Effective Communication Regular communication and feedback Using social networks for faster communication Circulating mails Drop-box (Free storage)
12 Detailed minutes During the meeting, including web-meeting, minutes are being recorded and after the meeting sent to the partners as well as put on the project website. Minutes include a report of what was said and decided during the meeting, contain the date of the meeting, as well as the names of the people who attended.
13 Reporting on an Activity Reports obtained from the partners involved in a concrete activity Reports shared and feedback obtained Evaluation by external experts Cross-linked to further steps Recommendations
14 Digital document management Work package folders include reports, feedbacks etc on each WP. Mobility folder contains individual mobility reports and all supporting documents as well as a list with the following information: number of an activity. (e.g.: Activity 3.3) time, duration and venue. (e.g.: September, Rostov-on-Don) purpose (e.g.: methodological seminar) number of people involved (e.g.:18 people involved)
