Please place all registration materials in a labeled, sealed envelope. Fee for Reading Club is $80. Please include payment to reserve your spot. Checks can be made out to Mrs. Emily Bremmer. 2 Mrs. Bremmer s 1 st Grade Reading Club Students entering First Grade Tuesdays 12:30-2pm in First Grade What is 1 st Grade Reading Club? 1 st Grade Reading Club, for students entering 1 st Grade, is a wonderful way to engage your child in literacy activities! Participants will engage in phonemic awareness, explicit phonics instruction, guided reading and sight word practice. 1 st Grade Reading Club Calendar: Tuesdays 12:30-2pm 1 st Grade Reading Club class size will be limited to ensure individual attention, differentiation, and participation. We will work on decoding multi-syllable words, vocabulary strategies, and comprehension strategies. Novel titles will be ed to you up on registration and will be available for purchase on Amazon.com or at Barnes and Noble.
