1 UF /2/2015 2:43 Geist Road DUI Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Cathy A. SLATS, 23 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. SLATS was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI. UF /3/ :51 Honors House on UAF Criminal Trespass Non affliated person reported sleeping in Honors House. Individual trespassed from all UAF property. UF /5/2015 4:24 College Road Warrant Arrest AST passed on report of vehicle running over traffic cones and joy riding. UAF Officer made contact with vehicle. Passenger Kelsey L. BRAME, 24 of Fairbanks, was found to have an outstanding warrant. BRAME was remanded to FCC for the warrant. Driver agreed to fix the cones he ran over and pay for any damages caused. UF /8/ :21 Wood Center Criminal Trespass Report of individual sleeping in the building. Individual trespassed from Wood Center until he speaks with Dean of Students Office. UF /8/ :57 University Ave Driving While License Revoked Traffic stop for AST request. Driver Clayton J. NELSON, 21 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a revoked license. NELSON was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DWLR. UF /9/ :59 University Police Department Stalking Complainant came to UAF PD station to report stalking. Victim provided information on filing charges, restraining orders and domestic violence support options. Title IX contacted. Suspect contacted by officer and advised to have no contact with the complainant.

2 UF /10/2015 0:29 Geist Road/Parks Hwy Driving While License Revoked Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver Jennifer A. OLSEN, 30 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a revoked license. OLSON was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DWLR. UF /12/ :55 Haida lot Indecent Exposure Complainant reports seeing a male across the street from MBS naked near stairs that lead to Haid lot. Officer responded and spoke with complainant to get full description. No contact with suspect. UF /13/ :25 Alumni at power plant Traffic Offense Traffic stop. Driver Vladislav POPLAVSKIY, 22 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving without a valid license and having no proof of insurance. POPLAVSKIY was issued summons for NVOL and cited for no proof of insurance. UF /15/2015 0:31 Holiday Store Harold Bentley Ave Agency Assist FPD requested assistance for report of suspicious male. UAF officer responded and made contact. Relative of male contacted to assist. Male left with relative. UF /17/2015 2:16 Tanana Drive Public Contact Officer made contact with juvenile out after curfew. Parents contacted. Curfew violation citation issued. UF /19/ :51 MBS South lot MVA Hit and Run Complainant reports vehicle hit overnight in lot. Damage found. UF /20/ :19 Kuskokwim Drive Reckless Driving Off duty ASTunit reports vehicle swerving all over road. UAF officer made contact with elderly driver after witnessing improper turn. DMV notified.

3 UF /20/ :44 University Ave Suspicious Circumstances Report of individual threatening to jump into traffic. Officer made contact. Individual found to be praying. Officer gave ride to a safer location. UF /21/ :55 Napa store at Loftus Driving without a License Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Cory T. MATSON, 28 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving without a license. MATSON issued a citaion for speeding and a summons for driving without a license. UF /22/2015 0:07 Alumni Drive Driving with a Revoked License Officer witnessed vehicle moving at high speed through campus. Attempted traffic stop. Vehicle continued to off campus residence. Driver Colt S. SOULE, 22 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a revoked license. SOULE was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DWROL, Violating Conditions of Release and Failure to stop at Direction of Police Officer. UF /22/ :56 Gruening Building Theft Complainant reports theft of bike. Lock cut. Investigation ongoing. UF /22/ :32 Duckering Building Criminal Trespass Report of male sleeping in building entrance. Officer made contact. Male barricaded himself in entranceway and refuses to leave. Officer attempted to contact relative of individual. Matthew M. STEELE, 24 of Fairbanks, was finally arrested and transported to FCC and charged with Criminal Trespass II. UF /15/ :56 MBS bike rack Theft Complainant reports bicycle missing from rack. Last seen the night before. After investigation, bike recovered on June 30th.

UF /1/ :21 UAF Campus Suspicious Circumstances On going investigation UF /5/2015 1:10 Chena Pump Road Driving While Traffic stop for equipment violations. Driver Gene M. UTLEY, 29 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a revoked license. UTLEY was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DWLR and Violating Conditions of Release. UF /5/2015 2:30 Hess Village Welfare Check Relative requested welfare check on intoxicated individual. Individual was transported to FCC for Title 47. UF /7/ :18 Eielson Building Theft Complainant reports theft of bag of dog food from bed of truck this morning. Investigation on going. UF /8/2015 1:49 Sheep Creek Traffic Stop Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Nicholas DEWITT LAKE, was found to be driving without a driver's license. DEWITT LAKE was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with No Valid Operating License and Motor Vehicle Insurance required. UF /9/2015 0:34 University Ave DUI Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Patrick E. MOWREY, 34 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. MOWREY was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI and cited for driving in violation of an instructional permit.

SHAW was cited for speeding and summons for driving with a cancelled license. UF /12/2015 0:24 Mitchell Expressway bridge Intoxicated person Officer observed intoxicated person stumbling on bridge. Individual transported to FCC for Title 47. UF /12/ :02 Ag Farm Traffic Stop Trafic stop for moving violations. Driver Pearl Y. CADY, 20 of Homer, was found to be driving without insurance. PEARL was cited for no insurance. UF /14/2015 6:33 Hess Village Agency Assist Officer responded to smoke alarm. Contacted resident. UF /16/2015 2:25 Army Road DUI Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver Lena E. RISSE, 22 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving while under the influence. RISSE was arrested and transported to FCC and charge with DUI. UF /16/ :43 Mitchell Expressway Driving While License RevokeTraffic stop for moving violation. Driver Jesse D. SPLAIN, 22 of Anchorage, was found to be driving with a revoked drivers license. SPLAIN was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DWROL. UF /17/2015 6:27 Geophysical Institute Observatory Suspicious Circumstances Gate across from LARS at GI observatory appears to have been broken. 4 wheeler tracks observed through the gate. Officer investigating.

6 UF /17/2015 6:38 Sheep Creek Road Traffic Stop Traffic stop attempted on atv traveling at high speed in roadway. ATV driver is not complying with officer's direction to stop. AST and FPD notified. ATV flipped on driver. Subject arrested after transport to FMH. Registered owner of ATV contacted. ATV confirmed stolen. Jason L. WILLIAMS, 32 of Fairbanks, was arrested for Failure to Stop and transported to FCC. WILLIAMS was charged with Failure to Stop at Direction of Peace Officer. UF /17/ :30 Patty Gym Theft Complainant reports bicycle stolen from Patty Center on July 15th between 1500 and UF /19/ :26 Just a Store Traffic Stop Traffic stop for moving violation. Passenger Doralene S. WALLACE WAUGAMAN, 72 of Fairbanks, was summons for letting an unauthorized person drive the vehicle without a license. UF /20/ :48 Experimental Farm UAF Suspicious Circumstances Report of possible attempted theft of ATV from experimental farm. Investigation on going.

UF /22/2015 6:56 Yukon Drive Driving While License Revoked Traffic stop for front plate falling off vehicle. Driver IDA. L. DAVISON, 53 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a revoked license. DAVISON was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DWLR. UF /22/2015 6:56 Yukon Drive Warrant Arrest During traffic stop, IDA. L. DAVISON, 53 of Fairbanks, was found to have an outstanding warrant. DAVISON was remanded to FCC for the warrant. UF /23/ :15 Hess Village Civil Problem Officer responded to a civil problem. Officer contacted Res Life. Officer provided individual with restraining order and domestic violence information. Trespass issued for other involved person from all UAF property. UF /23/ :07 Reichardt Building Theft Complainant reports theft of bicycle from bike rack between 2pm on 22nd to noon on 23rd. Officer investigating. UF /24/2015 0:04 Parks Highway off ramp DUI Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Rachel A. GALLEN, 33 of Tok, was found to be driving under the influence. GALLEN was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI and Refusal to Submit and cited for Open Container and Speeding. UF /24/ :28 Bunnell Building Suspicious Circumstances Report of finding documents with possible hate speech on them in area. Officer investigating.

UF /26/2015 0:35 University Ave Intoxicated Person Officer observed an intoxicated male walking on shoulder of road. Individual transported to FCC for Title 47. UF /28/ :08 Wickersham Hall Suicidal Person Report of a possibly suicidal person. Officer made contact. Officer contacted Res Life. Civil standby set up for related civil problem. UF /29/2015 0:52 Sheep Creek Drugs Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver consented to search of vehicle. Small amount of marijuana found and confiscated. UF /30/2015 1:11 College Road Agency Assist AST requested unit to respond to male yelling outside of gas station. Officer made contact. DC warning given. UF /30/2015 2:51 Chena Pump Road/Park Highway Traffic Offense Traffic stop for moving violation. Vehicle did not stop for police. Officer continued pursuit. AST notified. AST made contact with the vehicle in a ditch on Parks Highway. 1 detained. Kory S. KNABE, 30 of Anchorage, was arrested for Failure to Stop at Direction of Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest. Probation Officer contacted. KNABE transported to FCC and charged with Failure to Stop at Direction of Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest. DA to determine if felony. UF /30/2015 2:51 Chena Pump Road/Park Highway Warrant Arrest Warrant arrest for Kory S. KNABE, 30 of Anchorage, for probation violation. KNABE was transported to FCC on other charges and Probation Officer to follow up with remand.

9 UF /30/ :35 Wood Center Criminal Trespass Report of person in Wood Center stashing food and drinks in area. Individual contacted by officer, trespassed from Wood Center and instructed to leave. UF /31/2015 2:12 University Ave DUI Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Maureen C. GARCIA, 46 of North Pole, was found to be driving under the influence. GARCIA was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI. UF /1/2015 3:47 Goldizen Road Public Assist Office observed male along side of roadway. Male transported to FCC for Title 47. UF /6/2015 8:42 Army Road Warrant Arrest Officer found Janelle A. JENSEN, 34 of Nenana, had an outstanding warrant when performing a traffic stop. JENSEN was remanded to FCC for the warrant. UF /6/ :39 University Police Department Suspicious Circumstances Investigator received tip on possible criminal activity on campus. UF /6/ :47 College Road/ Morgan Way DUI Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Andrew SMITH, 49 of Kelowna, BC, Canada, was found to be driving under the influence. SMITH was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI. UF /7/2015 1:41 Dolly Varden Agency Assist AST requested assistance with reported disturbance. UAF officer responded to scene. EMS requested for two individuals.

10 UF /6/2015 9:08 North Upper Dorms lot Vandalism Forestry Service reports vandalism that occurred last night. Vehicle intentionally damaged Forestry signs in the lot. Officer investigated and made contact with owner of the vehicle. Owner to reimburse Forestry for damage to signs. UF /7/ :35 Mitchel Expressway off ramp Traffic Stop Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Coty JOSEPH SIMON SR, 28 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving without insurance. Vehicle was impounded and JOSEPH SIMON was issued citation for speeding and summons for no insurance. UF /7/ :47 Farmers Loop DUI Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Vernon A. BURNETT, 35 of Anchorage, was found to be driving under the influence. BURNETT was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI. UF /8/ :37 SRC Theft Complainant reports bicycle stolen from bike rack. Last seen on August 7th at 6pm. Investigation on going. UF /9/2015 3:53 Sheep Creek DUI Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Antonio D. YOST, 32 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. YOST was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI. UF /9/ :03 MACS turnaround on UAF Driving While License RevokeTraffic stop for failure to stop at stop sign. Driver Ryan C. GOLDFUSS, 19 of Anchorage, was found to be driving with a revoked license. GOLDFUSS cited for proof of insurance and summons issued for DWROL.

UF /11/ :34 UAF Campus MVA Complainant reports vehicle hit some during winter or spring. UF /11/ :00 MACS Bus Hut Public Contact Officer made contact with individual and provided ride to offcampus location. UF /12/2015 3:15 Gradelle Road Agency Assist AST requested assistance for screaming at location. AST and Airport Police arrive on scene. UF /12/ :24 University Police Department MVA Message left for damage to vehicle in Police lot. Driver and owner of vehicles contacted for statement forms and information exchange. UF /12/ :52 Rasmuson Library Theft Complainant report theft of tablet a couple weeks ago. Officer investigating. UF /14/ :59 SRC Traffic Stop Complainant reports MVA in SRC lot. Officer responded. MCDONALD issued summons for NVOL. UF /15/ :06 UAF Campus Vandalism Complainant reports vandalism to fresh concrete in several areas of campus. Incidents over campus occurred over two day period. Investigation on going. UF /16/2015 2:01 Faarmers Loop DUI Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Antonio B. PACHECO, 29 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. PACHECO was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI. UF /16/2015 2:47 Yukon Drive DUI Traffic stop for equipment violations. Driver Boris A. TORRES, 28 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. TORRES was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and Resisting Arrest. UF /16/ :56 College Road Driving Without a License Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Francis J. NOLLNER, 16 of North Pole, was found to be driving without a valid license. NOLLNER was issued a summons for NVOL and warned on texting while driving. UF /18/2015 2:39 Geist Road Driving While License Revoked Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver Karen A. BOYLES, 53 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a revoked license. BOYLES was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DWLR.

BOYLES was remanded to FCC for the warrant. UF /18/2015 6:31 Alumni Drive Burglary Complainant reports burglary at the Alaska Center for Energy and Power. The ATCO unit was broken into. Complainant later reports list of items stolen during burglary. Investigation ongoing. UF /19/ :44 University Police Department Theft Complainant reports theft of laptop from vehicle. Theft was already reported to AST as exact time and location of theft is not known but occurred sometime between 0200 Sunday the 16th and 1750 on the 18th. Investigation on going. UF /21/ :53 Geist Road Driving Without a License Traffic stop for expired tags. Driver Tyler J. CADZOW, 20 of Fort Yukon, was found to be driving without a license. CADZOW was issued a summons for NVOL. UF /22/ :29 Thompson Drive Driving Without a License Traffic stop for moving and equipment violations. Driver Jay A. MIRELES, 33 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a cancelled drivers license and expired registration. MIRELES was issued a summons for DWCL and expired registration.

ALBERT was summonsed for NVOL. Passenger Victoria A. YASKA, 29 of Fairbanks, was cited for allowing an unauthorized person to drive. Brittany RICHARDS, 21 of Fairbanks, was issued a citation for driving with an expired registration and without a valid license. UF /24/ :34 Nerland Hall MVA Complainant came to UAF PD station to report accident in Nerland Hall lot this morning. Participation forms and information exchanged. UF /25/ :28 Elvey Building Suspicious Circumstances Complainant reports vehicle parked behind Elvey had window pushed. Officer investigating. UF /26/2015 2:08 Parks Highway Warrant Arrest Traffic stop for plate not visible. Driver William J. ISBERG, 54 of Fairbanks, was found to have an outstanding warrant. ISBERG was remanded to FCC for the warrant and was cited for no insurance and not carrrying his license. UF /26/ :15 UAF Design & Construction University Ave Theft Complainant reports theft of bicycle. Investigation on going. UF /27/2015 2:22 University Ave DUI Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Robert N. SULLIVAN, 41 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. SULLIVAN was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI. 15 UF /28/ :34 Thompson Drive Driving Without a License Traffic stop for driving without headlights. Driver Cynthia NORTON, 49 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving without a license. Norton was issued a summons for Driving Without a License and cited for no insurance. UF /29/2015 1:33 College Inn DUI Traffic stop for driving without headlights. Driver Vincent R. KELLY, 20 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. KELLY was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI and issued a summons for Minor Operating after Consuming Alcohol. UF /29/2015 2:39 GoldRush Estates Driving While License Revoked Traffic stop attempted for reckless driving and equipment violation. Driver refused to stop for police. AST notified for assistance. Driver bailed out of vehicle and ran away from patrol vehicle. Driver Rick R. PETERSON, 19 of North Pole, was finally stopped by officer and detained. PETERSON was found to be driving under the influence. PETERSON was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI, Felony Elude and Driving While License is Revoked. UF /30/2015 1:47 Large Animal Research Station Probation Violation Officer found male sleeping in vehicle. Cody J. ROBERTS, 26 of Anchorage, was found to be on probation. PO Officer contacted and vehicle and person searched. Knife found. ROBERTS was remanded to FCC for Probation Violation. UF /30/2015 9:39 Skarland Hall bike rack Theft Complainant reports theft of bicycle from rack. Bike last seen at 10pm the night before. Investigation on going.

16 UF /30/ :54 Farmers Loop Intoxicated Person Report of an intoxicated male walking on the yellow line on the road. Officer made contact. Male was transported to FCC for Title 47. UF /1/2015 9:33 Agricultural Farm UAF Welfare Check Request to check on student found without shoes or jacket. EMS requested. Individual transported to FMH. UF /1/ :58 Upper Dorms lot Suspicious Circumstances Report of an abandoned motorcycle. Harley Davidson shop contacted as owner of vehicle. Returned to company that owns it. UF /2/2015 0:27 University Ave Traffic Stop Vehicle stopped for driving with parking lights on only. DMV error found regarding plates and tag. Plates seized. Vehicle parked until problem with DMV resolved and new plates obtained. UF /4/ :56 Rasmuson Library Theft Complainant reports theft of bicycle after loaning bike in the spring. Bike could not be located in August. Bicycle later found outside the Wood Center. UF /3/ :50 University Police Department Public Contact Officer spoke with individual over car accident that ocurred on campus earlier in the day. Officer spoke with all involved and participation information collected. UF /3/ :14 UAF Campus Administrative Function Individual provided with information regarding Title IX and restraining orders. Trespass issued for another involved individual. UF /5/2015 3:52 Westridge pullout Driving While License Suspended Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Holly L. FIELDS, 24 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a suspended license. FIELDS issued a summons for DWLS.

17 UF /5/ :33 Chena Pump Road Traffic Stop During a routine traffic stop, passenger Sharlene R. AKARAN, 20 of Fairbanks, was found to be violating conditions of release. AKARAN was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with Violating Conditions of Release. UF /6/2015 4:09 College Road Traffic Stop Traffic stop for driving without headlights on and moving violations. Driver Chad F. MORGAN, 26 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a revoked license and under the influence. MORGAN was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI and Driving with a Revoked License. UF /9/ :47 Moore Hall Assault Report of an assault that occurred Sunday morning in Moore Hall. Roommate threatened other roommate with a knife. Officer investigated report. Colby R. HAMMER, 18 of Lynnwood Washington, was arrested on Sept 9th 2015 and transported to FCC and charged with Felony Assault in the Third Degree and trespassed from UAF. UF /9/ :59 Little Shot Road Agency Assist Agency assist for AST for a welfare check. Transported one female to FMH for Title 47. UF /9/ :34 Pepperdine/Amherst Road Agency Assist Agency assist for AST. UF /10/2015 5:26 North Upper Dorms lot Minor Consuming Officer made contact with individual in MBS parking lot. Lindsay F. PAULSEN, 19 of Tok, was found to be intoxicated. PAULSEN was issued a summons for MCA and released to a friend.

18 UF /10/ :32 Alumni Stairs Theft Complainant reports theft of bicycle from Alumni stairs bike rack between 9am and 4pm. Officer investigating. UF /11/2015 0:20 Mitchell Expressway Traffic Hazard Officer observed abandoned vehicle on the Mitchell. Vehicle had been there over a week and had an AST sticker on it. Tow company called and impounded the vehicle. UF /11/2015 2:25 Campus Corner Mall Traffic Stop Traffic stop for moving violation. Officer found the tab on the license plate had been altered. Driver Dawn W. DEMIT, 37 of Tananacross AK, was cited for operating a vehicle with expired registration. The vehicle was impounded. UF /11/ :08 Nenana lot MVA Hit and Run Complainant reports his vehicle was hit in the lot sometime Thursday between hours. Officer investigating. UF /11/ :19 Moore Hall Theft Complainant reports backback stolen from Moore Hall lounge from 1535 to present. Officer found suspect and recovered backpack with laptop. Suspect stated he thought the backpack was his as it looks the same as his. States he took the wrong one. No charges at this time. UF /12/2015 5:01 North Chandalar residence Theft Complainant reports his truck was broken into and items are missing from console. Investigation on going. UF /12/ :43 Harwood Hall Theft Complainant reports theft of bicycle from rack. Bike was on the rack at 7pm on the 11th and the lock was found cut and bike gone at 0800 the next morning. Investigation on going.

HEGARTY, 21 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving without proof of insurance and in violations of conditions of release. UF /4/ :40 Geist Road at Mitchell Agency Assist AST requested assistance for check of vehicle off roadway. Officer responded and found VIN number did not match up with issued plates. Vehicle impounded and DMV notified of misuse of plates. UF /4/ :25 Skarland Hall Assault RD of Skarland reports a possible altercation that occurred yesterday that they just became aware of today. Officer investigating and taking statements from the three student involved. Those involved admit shouting at and punching each other. None of the parties want to press charges. Res Life contacted and individuals involved being moved to new rooms and floors. UF /4/ :31 Wood Center Criminal Trespass Report that a trespassed individual was seen in the Wood Center, thus violating trespass order. UAF Police to investigate and charge individual if confirmed.
