1 An analysis of teachers who gained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by completing the Graduate Teacher Programme (GTP) in Wales between st April 20 and 3 st December 202 Notes The data relates to those teachers who gained QTS by completing the GTP between st April 20 and 3 st December 202; Where data relating to registered teachers is shown it should be noted that the numbers are displayed as actuals rather than full-time equivalents ; The number of registered teachers is as at 3 st December 202 and is real time. The number can go up or down, depending on new registrations and de-registrations; The data relating to qualifications for each student has been provided by the appointed GTP assessor for each ITT Centre and has not been verified by the GTCW; There may be a number of teachers who gained QTS in Wales but who choose to work in a another country e.g. England. In table 2, supply teachers are only counted once regardless of the number of LAs or private supply teaching agencies they may work for..
