We provide a range of financial administrative services and professional solutions that meet the needs of our individual and corporate clients on St. Eustatius. At the core of each service we offer is the longterm success of our clients. That is why we adhere to the business philosophy of One Size Fits None! Instead we take the customer centric approach in providing a broad range of financial administrative services and professional solutions to our clients. We begin each relationship by listening to our clients and seeking to understand their specific needs, the challenges they face and ultimately what their long term goals and aspirations are. With this in-depth understanding at hand, we draw upon the growing knowledge and expertise of our employees and partners to diagnose each client s situation and deliver custom made solutions that provide them with the best results. 3 3 SERVICES Our services span a number of areas including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, insurance, real estate, HR consulting and employee leasing. Due to the variety of service areas and the ability to customize standard services to the specific needs of individual clients, it would be impractical to describe every single possible service we offer. Instead, an overview of the company s core services is provided; Accounting/Bookkeeping Sorting and inputting of clients monthly financial data into bookkeeping system Completing client s backlog bookkeeping work from previous years Preparation of annual financial documents including profit & loss statement, balance sheet and financial notes Bookkeeping support and personal classes for clients interested in learning QuickBooks Pro Payroll/Taxes Administration of monthly and/or biweekly payroll for small to large organizations Calculating sales/payroll tax liabilities and preparing documents for filing taxes Payroll support and personal classes for clients interested in learning Payroll Pro or Payroll for BES HR Consulting/Employee Leasing Leasing HR consultants to complete specific projects remotely or to work onsite Leasing other professional and skilled employees to client companies based on their human resource requirements

4 4 Insurance Issuing insurance policies from multiple insurance companies (e.g. Nagico, Gulf Ins.) that cover a huge variety of property and liability risk exposures Ongoing administration of clients insurance policies Real Estate Listing and advertising clients properties through Century 21 global network Negotiating with and providing information to potential buyers on behalf of clients Working with notaries, real estate appraisers and other necessary parties to secure the sale of the client s property Papaya Solutions Value Added Services In addition to our core services, we also offers value added services (at little or no additional cost) Free delivery of clients tax documents and payments to tax office Providing basic administrative services such as drafting letters

5 5 SERVICE OPTIONS In-order to meet the specific needs of each client in a customer centered way, we offer a variety of flexible service options including; One or Multiple Services Based on their requirements, clients can choose for Papaya Solutions to provide them with a single service or combine multiple services within one service package. For example, a client may choose for Papaya Solutions to handle their monthly bookkeeping, payroll and tax administrative responsibilities. Another client, who is versed in the areas of payroll and taxes, may only require Papaya Solutions to handle their monthly bookkeeping. Offsite or Onsite Service Delivery Papaya Solutions also provides its clients with the choice of having the services they request delivered offsite or onsite. For example, a client that wants Papaya Solutions to handle its monthly payroll can have its payroll administration completely outsourced and performed within Papaya s office. Alternatively, clients who prefer that their payroll administration remain internally can request that Papaya provide a payroll administrator on their site to deliver the requested service. Contracted or One-Time Services The majority of Papaya Solutions clients have 1 year contracts that entitle them to receive monthly bookkeeping, payroll and tax administrative services. However, clients without contracts can request one-time services to meet their needs. For example, a business whose payroll administrator suddenly becomes ill or leaves can rely on Papaya Solutions to step in, quickly get up to speed and continue their payroll administration for any time period required.
