Last update: 19 Feb Currently the University has 15 formal articulation agreements with universities/colleges and 14 agreements with agents in China. The University belongs to a consortium of 11 universities known as the Northern Consortium UK (NCUK). NCUK delivers Pre-Master Programmes (PMP), International Foundation Year (IFY) and International Diploma (ID) in China for the benefit of its members. Representatives from each member institute will attend outward missions to promote these programmes and their own courses. The University is represented at the British Council Education Exhibitions in China, and is a member of the Country Partnership for China, which affords special privileges in relation to information services and access to exhibitions. The University is also represented at the CIEET Education Exhibitions in China. The University also carries out visits to agents and universities/colleges for briefing sessions and to counsel students. A list of exhibitions, NCUK activities, formal agreements with universities/colleges, and agents are given below together with an overview of recruitment from China. A list of institutions in which the medium of instruction is English is provided in Appendix 1.
