Healthcare data section (2nd phase) Major illness/injury, infant note, prenatal exam for pregnant women, vaccination, organ donation flag, insured person code, insured person identity note, period of card validity, available frequency of medical treatment, accumulated expense of medical treatment, accumulated expense, co-payment, personal insurance premium. Medical data section (3rd phase) Medications, diagnosis codes, allergies, major and important order items, etc.
