6 Non-Teaching Experience Senior Instructional Designer University of South Carolina Provided assistance to faculty with the design, development and implementation of distributed learning delivery methods on the USC-Columbia campus and the USC Regional system, along with training faculty to make content ADA accessible. Instructional Systems Analyst Georgia Regents University Served as the functional system administrator for various learning systems and delivered Tier 2 training and support on these systems. Collectively working with the Senior Instructional Systems Analyst provided daily support and maintenance of the Blackboard Vista LMS by uploading student enrollment reports from SunGard s Banner and effectively tested the LMS after patches/updates. Identified major concerns faculty members faced while using various instructional tools (e.g. grade book, discussion board, Wimba, etc.) and designed, developed, and implemented monthly workshops on the best practices and use of these tools. Participated on project teams investigating new instructional and learning technologies to implement within the university (e.g. LockDown Browser). Desktop Support Technician University of South Carolina Delivered Tier 1 and 2 level support to students and faculty by diagnosing computer hardware and software ticket requests. Common issues included reimaging computers, installing and configuring software, removing malware/spyware, replacing hardware components, and performing various duties within Active Directory (e.g., adding users, printers, permissions, computers, etc.).
