WHAT IS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION I CAN MAKE? 1. Understand the Vision/Mission/Objectives. Prepare students to face the current & future challenges of the International Business Environment by developing expertise in various aspects of Human Resources Management (Professional Ethics, Good Governance, Training & Development, Cross-culture Mgt.) through Active learning Models (Research oriented teaching, role plays, case studies (real world situations), management games, just a minute, student debate, reaction to a video, learning cell, group discussions (GD), etc.) 2. Contribute ideas in review meetings, curriculum design and monitor mentor student programs, and internship research projects (business projects). 3.
