2 Warranty Policy: At Lambright Comfort Chairs LLC, we are pleased that you have chosen to invest in one of our pieces of furniture. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our tempered steel frames and mechanisms. We offer a 2 Year Warranty on our foam s workmanship and construction methods. If the piece of furniture has been abused or improperly cared for, we will still do repairs at a reasonable cost. We carry no warranty on leathers or fabrics because of the popularity of household pets. Every piece is engraved, dated and numbered so we will be able to trace all pieces manufactured by Lambright Comfort Chairs LLC. Shipping costs will be negotiated between Retail Store and Customer for damaged or warrantied pieces that are shipped to our facility for repairs. L LAMBRIGHT COMFORT CHAIRS 2

3 details Lambright Comfort Chairs LLC pays special attention to details. Keeping quality in mind is an important detail to us. Each upholstered piece is made to order and our craftsman follow your specifications from start to finish to create your personal piece of furniture. Foam: We use Altra Qualex Foam (the best!) with a 2.6 density to ensure long lasting use for generations. Frames: Our frames are built with a mild tempered steel to keep your furniture from bending, sagging or warping. Some poplar wood and ¾ plywood is used throughout your furniture piece to tie your upholstery furniture piece together. The Difference: We use no wire coil springs in our furniture. You may use your piece of furniture with the comfort of mind knowing there will be no wire coil poking or pushing through the foam and fabric. We also use a 100% rubber suspension system. 3
