Review all OSU colleges conducting mobility research and propose 1 2 big ideas which the university can work on collectively and gain support of industry and government. 2. Work with the new CEO at TRC (Transportation Research Center) and put the R back in the TRC. 3. Become deeply involved in STEM initiatives in the State with special focus on women in engineering. 3

5 Control and Intelligent Transportation Research Lab (CITR) OVERVIEW: CITR provides basic research in addition to a range of experimental, testing and validation, and demonstration capabilities applicable to Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). These include pure simulations, experiments in a laboratory setting with scale-model robotic platforms, and full-scale demonstrations involving multiple vehicles.
