1 Physical Asset Management Competent management of physical assets is at the core of good financial and operational oversight for asset-intensive organizations. It plays an important role in generating more accurate financial and operating reports. Proficient physical asset management is an essential element in sustaining active supervision of investments, maintenance, replacements, retirements and decision making.
