2 VERIFYDE Installation Guide Page 2 of 6 System Requirements Installation This Product Installation Guide is designed to help you through the initial steps of your Calyx Verifyde setup. System/Software Requirements Verifyde is a single user 32-bit program that can be installed on a local or network hard drive. The program operates in Microsoft Windows 98/NT/ME/XP/Vista/Windows7/Windows8 & 2000 environments. Memory: 64MB recommended minimum. Disk Space: 50MB for program including internet submission, 1MB per 1000 records. Note that The Geocoder databases require up to 120MB but can be installed on a different local or network hard drive. Display: 800x600, 256 color minimum. Other: Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0 Recommended Internet Connection: -DSL/Cable or T1. Verifyde takes full advantage of available processor, memory and disk speeds during its importing, error testing and geocoding functions. If you have larger record volumes, we recommend you take advantage of these benefits by running the software on a newer machine. NOTE: If you will be processing for more than one company, please contact our office for instructions on the ideal installation method. Recommendations vary depending on the nature of the related businesses and business volumes. In addition, Verifyde is licensed for a single company on a single computer. Depending on your circumstances, additional licenses may be required. Installation from Calyx Verifyde Download Center: Go to and log in to your account:

3 VERIFYDE Installation Guide Page 3 of 6 From the Calyx Verifyde download center, select Click to Begin Download: When the File Download screen appears, click Run, unless you want to Save the executable for installation at a later time. When you run the Install and the Welcome screen appears, click Next:

4 VERIFYDE Installation Guide Page 4 of 6 When the Read Me screen appears, read the license agreement and click Next: When the Choose Destination Location screen appears, we recommend that you use the pre-selected Destination Folder of HR20xx. If you need to install the software on a network or shared drive, click Browse and choose the drive. Please note that all users should have full rights to the chosen directory, including Read, Write, and Modify. When you have selected the appropriate folder and location, click Next to continue the installation. Enter the Calyx Verifyde Release Code from your Download Center Page, click Next:

6 VERIFYDE Installation Guide Page 6 of 6 When the Installation Complete screen appears, select which shortcuts should be created and click Finish. You can run Calyx Verifyde now.
