Its programs are available in French and German through DVB-T, satellite television and digital cable. With this competitive tender procedure, ARTE GEIE is seeking contractual partners to provide services in the new media, IT, TV and computer engineering technologies. The ARTE Group (ARTE GEIE in Strasbourg, ARTE France in Paris, ARTE Deutschland in Baden-Baden) has carried out substantial reforms in the field of new media, based on the preliminary results of a workflow analysis made in This first phase resulted in the setup of a technical ecosystem, enabling the production of multiple innovative projects launched by the channel. In order to carry out its new projects, ARTE wishes to commission the best service providers, specialized in various technologies used by its technical platforms (see technical profiles described in Annex B.) In order to be able to work efficiently on ARTE GEIE's equipment and/or applications, the following crossdisciplinary skills are strongly recommended: Strong experience working on web projects using agile methodologies. Strong experience in source code management via Git and the Git flow branching management model. Strong experience in the automation and industrialization of Application deployments. With respect to the Lot 1 JAVA, ARTE wishes to commission specialists that respond to the following profiles: Profile S.1.1: Technical project manager. - With a long and successful professional experience as a technical project manager, he must be capable of autonomously handling all phases of major projects, and to supervise their handling by subordinate employees He possesses a strong know-how in the architecture and development of Java and JEE Applications.
