As per your request, I am providing you with the Planning & Tracking Sheets for the video series. Remember to track everything daily. It takes time to build this as a routine but you will find that by disciplining yourself and doing this daily, you will have incredible results! I am here to help so reach out if you need assistance! 3 Planning & Tracking Program for you to begin using as of today. On the Excell spreadsheets, you will find four tabs: 1. Need 2. Revenue 3. Expense Tracking Sheet 4. Revenue Tracking Sheet 5. Marketing Tracking Sheet 1. NEED: Fill out all of your "Need" expenses first, including your personal expenses. If there are some that are missing, simply use the "Other" lines to fill them in. The fields already have the formulas to do the additions so simply add the number in dollar amount and it will do the calculations for you. Be honest with yourself and add everything you need to pay for both personally and for your businesses. There is also a section for "WANT": add those after you've calculated your "NEED" expenses first so you have your baseline for your monthly revenue goal needed. 2. REVENUE On this spreadsheet, calculate all income that you currently will be paid this upcoming month. If you don't have enough to cover the "NEED" goal from the previous spreadsheet, this will allow you to see your shortfall right away and begin getting to work on adding revenue to your month. 3. EXPENSE TRACKING SHEET Every day, fill in what you spent money on. Include both personal and professional as you want to cover your "NEED" goal with your REVENUE from your business. The field for "SOURCE" will wrap the text so write notes to yourself and be detailed about your expenses. Copyright PIERRETTE RAYMOND COACHING. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Page 3
4 4. REVENUE TRACKING SHEET Every day, fill in the money that you put into the bank. This is not for "money that is coming" but real, tangible dollars that you put in your bank account. It can come from ANY SOURCE, not just business/clients, etc. As you begin to track your incoming money, you'll find that money will start coming to you because you are focused on it and tracking it. It's energy, as you know, so allow it to flow in freely. As with the Expense Tracking Sheet, the field for SOURCE will allow you to write notes to yourself. Be as detailed as possible and share your excitement in your notes for the money coming in, from all sources! 5. MARKETING GOAL SHEET You will need to set daily, weekly and monthly goals for the marketing you will do which will lead to sales. I'd like you to look at your schedule and days you know you will NOT be working, block off or grey out. Then I'd like you to set a goal for each day that you will be working on marketing that you are not working with clients. An ideal is three days a week, focus strictly on marketing for 6-8 hours per day. A starting point for these goals could be: Leads: 10 or more per day (30/week) Sales Asks: 5 or more per day (15 or more/week) Sales Calls: 3 or more per day (9 or more/week) Sales: 1 per day (3 or more per week) See the next section what constitutes a Lead, a Sales Ask, a Sales Call and a Sale. 5 6. MARKETING TRACKING SHEET Every day, record what you did to speak to people about your business. This is not "Facebook posts". This is real life,"in front of people" things that you did. It could be networking, calling a prospect, calling a potential join venture partner, speaking, doing a teleclass, being interviewed for a radio show, etc. These are things that you do to be in front of people...and social media does not count on here. Why? Because it's not measurable. You want to measure everything, so whatever is not measurable, does not go on the spreadsheet. You will mark down under LEADS how many people with whom you spoke, got their information, etc. In the column for SALES CALLS ASKS, you will write down the number of people whom you asked to have a consultation or a phone call to see if you would be a good fit as a client. In the column for SALES CALLS, write down the number of sales calls you did on that day; these are live telephone or in-person meetings you had to talk to someone about the product and services you offer. SALES are the confirmed sales that you closed. This is money-in-the-bank sales. It does not count as a sale until money is given to you. A promise of money does not count. Money in your hands counts. NOTES are for writing down whom you spoke to, the results of your conversation, follow ups you need to do, etc.. Use this field to record the results of your day in writing. You will undoubtedly need to do follow-ups, get the paper work for the contract ready, send the contract, deposit money in the bank, etc.. Use this field to note what you need to do next and THEN SCHEDULE IT in your calendar right away!! Don't fill in the field and not schedule the task.
