1 College Goal Kentucky File the FAFSA as soon as possible after January 1, 2015! Get free help at College Goal Kentucky. College Goal Kentucky will take place in January and February. College Goal Kentucky provides free help in filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is used to apply for federal and state college financial aid programs. Attendees can enter for a chance to win a $500 scholarship! Four scholarships will be awarded in spring WHY: The earlier you submit your FAFSA, the better your chances of being eligible for thousands of dollars in student aid.
