Great job!! Jason was awesome!! And very helpful! Good program Would like program to be longer more weeks or offered on a a regular basis. Wish the treatment could be on a regular time though the year I like this program a lot. We need more time on each session. Treatment and exercise were very helpful in dealing with the pain. It was very nice and comforter to receive massages specially when you are stressful and allow to you to improve in you job. I like to much this program. 3 Thanks! I feel a lot better. Great experience definite benefit. Definitely docused on pain locations & working them out. I like the less intense massage. It seems to work problems out. Would like longer sessions and have the pain free program come around more often. After a sessions with the programs, the day goes even more smooth and relaxing. Need more sessions!!! I don t even notice how tight muscles were or how it bothered me. I got quite a bit out of this, much more than I thought I would nad the awareness is definitely to pursue more. I think this is a good program and very helpful. This treatment has really helped. I received very good information on things that I can do in the future to keep the pain reduced. Each s ession offered distinct improvement to the targeted area, and I received information & techniques to continue treatment at home. Ron was very flexible in addressing my compressions and talked to me about my pain issues as well as physically working to alleviate them. Great program! Makes me feel my employer has concern of my total wellbeing. I greatly appreciate it. Ron was good and making sure I did my work at home.

5 No pain before weekend before 7 day s a week. Ron is great! He has ehlp resolve a nagging forearm issue. I always feel better after a visit. Jason Lewis is extremely adept at addressing the sources of my pain as well as treating them. I d definitely come back for treatment. Very clear, easy to understand. Always feel better afterward. Great person and very knowledgeable. Having this program available on site and very accessible has encouraged me to try an option that otherwise I would have passed on. It definitely has made a difference on my condition. Jason s skills are amazing. I feel pain free for day after each session with him. Found this very beneficial and would be helpful to continue as my work set up requires. Thank you for offering this progam. I gained new insight into how to manage a chronic condition, and feel confident I can recover more quickly from attacks now. Jason was great. Thanks! Longer sessions (greater than 30 min) or longer than 5 weeks would be good. Jason was great. Taught me techniques I can use and how to lessen my pain. My only complaint is that my personal situation requires longer treatment time than this program can provide. Excellent week. Wonderful program! 6 Thanks you Rhonda. I have benefited from this program learned a lot. The other employees who come back after a session only have positive things to say. It s amazing and interesting that she know exactly where the pain is and work on it. Learned a lot. I am riding bicycle more often again. My lack of improvement during last 5 weeks was due to my lack of commitment. Ron does an awesome job! Thanks so much! Thank you! Ron has been phenomenal in his expertise and execution. No more pain on the right shoulder or on the left shoulder. I had two very stressful weeks in the middle of the treatment where I had to miss. The techniques I was shown proved very useful during that time. He s great! This is a great service. The pain in my back was of great concern to me and I was going to go to Kaiser as well as workers-comp doctor. Thanks to Jason thepain is close to completely gone. Although my pain has increased, I am sure it would have increased more without these treatments! Continued therapy is key to better productivity. I wish I could get more than just 5 pain free therapy appointments. I would like to continue with more treatments. It really helps. Thank you very much!!! Not so much pain as it is annoying and uncomfortable. Ron is very thorough and effective.
