4 Technical overview of the EDIPlus+ solution EDIPlus+ is a modular solution with scalable functionality that is easy to maintain, and is closely integrated with the EDIPlus+ modules and financial systems data. EDIPlus+ is based on the following modules: EDIPlus+ basis module The basis module is coded in the same language as Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems and integrates directly in the existing ERP system. This creates an extra heading in the main menu EDI. The ERP system contains windows that expand to reveal EDI agreements, tables for converting order numbers, currency codes, delivery codes, an overview of sent and received post, routines for the input and output of documents, etc. The basis module is carefully tailored to the individual ERP systems functionality, and the help function is also built in as an integrated feature. EDIPlus+ documents PROGRATOR gatetrade offers a broad range of standard documents based on industry standards. The standardisation of documents forms the foundation for a business to communicate via EDI. Documents can be developed in-house or by Microsoft partners.
