14 Compliance Coordinators Divisional Managers act as Compliance Coordinator roles and it is their role to:! Implement the Health & Safety System! Ensure actions on Annual Plan are completed! Act as Emergency Coordinator! Lead the Accident Investigation team! Manage Contractor Compliance
15 Accident/Incident Reporting! Contractors must report all accidents! Report this to Farra Divisional Manager or Supervisor! A decision will be made as who will investigate the event! Even a cut to a finger must be recorded!! Accident forms are available in the workshop
16 Our Hazards! We will tell you about the hazards in the area you are working in! We will advise you of the control measure
17 Your Hazards! We expect that you will advise us of your hazards! How this will be achieved will vary depending on job! This is to be discussed with Supervisor or Divisional Manager! We may require Task Analysis or full Site Specific Safety Plan
18 Performance Review! Your work practices may be assessed! Undertaken by a member of the Compliance Team! Assesses that you are working in a safe way! Records kept and this may influence future work
19 Training! Our expectation is that all contractors staff are competent to do the work safely! Anyone not fully trained must be supervised
20 Housekeeping! Ensure your work area is kept tidy! Do not leave material for people to trip over! Clean up spillages immediately
21 Forklift! DON T operate unless authorised and assessed by us! Do not use to elevate staff! If you are elevated a safety harness must be worn
22 Smoking! If you are a smoker, be aware that you can t just smoke anywhere! Don t smoke outside the designated areas! No smoking inside! Smoke only during breaks
23 Confidential Information As a contractor on site you may well see information and processes that are confidential to Farra, or Farra s customers. It is important that this information is kept confidential and not discussed outside of the company and certainly not with competitors to Farra. If in doubt about what is confidential, keep things to yourself otherwise you might: Disclose important competitive information or Information that is exclusive to our customers exposing Farra to possible legal action.
24 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Contractors must supply their staff with appropriate safety gear and ensure that it is being used
25 Cranes! DON T operate unless you have been assessed by us as competent or you are supervised! Stand in a safe position! Be aware of suspended load! Never walk under a suspended load
26 Lifting Equipment! Use the correct equipment for the lift! Ensure that it is tagged and current
27 Cylinder Safety! Gas bottles must be kept secured at all times
28 Right of Entry Only! Completing this Induction enables only right of entry to Farra work places.! It DOES NOT provide you with the right to operate any machinery.! Cranes and Forklifts can only be used if you are fully trained and you have been assessed by Farra.

31 What we do! We are a Mechanical engineering design office! We undertake various engineering design projects including specialised Building Maintenance Units (BMU s).! We work closely with other Farra divisions to provide design assistance

82 Key Hazard - Objects Underfoot! Try and keep the place tidy, and watch where you walk when moving about the workshop
