4 Important Conference Information Name Badges Name badges are required for admission to all conference sessions, meal functions and sponsored evening events. You are requested to wear yours at all times. If you misplace your name badge, please inform the NASASPS registration table and a replacement will be provided. Hospitality Suite The NASASPS Hospitality Suite is located on the 12th floor in Room Hours are approximately 9 11 p.m. Conference Rooms All conference rooms are found on the second floor of the hotel. Please view the floor plan on page 8. Online Conference Evaluation NASASPS uses an online evaluation tool to measure the success and help improve future conferences. Attendees are encouraged to complete the electronic evaluation form that is available through the NASASPS website, If you need a paper copy of the evaluation form, please ask for one at the NASASPS Registration Table. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited at all conference sessions, meal functions and receptions.
