5 The solution 21 st Century Cloud Management Center: A Network and Application Operation center we call the CMC Secure - Monitor Manage Analyze Predict EasyVista is hosted in 11 Tier 3 datacenters around the world. These centers are both physically and technically secure, offer dynamic scaling and are fully redundant. Our cloud software runs a true SaaS three-tier architecture, abstracting the data, from the application and the graphical layer. CMC monitors activity, processor and capacity needs between these layers, but also monitors network, storage, security and integration. We manage all the platform administration, health, back-ups, upgrades and migrations. Without analytics, you may not find the route cause of problems and could waste time on unimportant problems, perhaps dealing with symptoms, but not the causes. Our CMCs use powerful tools to focus on analytics-driven intelligence to maximize visibility and control of our cloud. market-proven capacity and performance analytics enable us to predict potential risks, proactively detect issues, and accurately isolate their cause. Cloud capacity analytics We are able to analyze capacity across compute (physical, virtual, and cloud), database, storage, network, and any other resource, while also incorporating key business performance metrics. We analyze cloud pods, network containers, and compute and resource pools to intelligently and continuously optimize our cloud resources to meet your service level targets. Additionally, we identify over or under-provisioned resources (compute, storage, and network), automatically predicting potential saturation of cloud resources, and enable our CMC teams to simulate optimal workload allocation, resource reconfiguration and optimization. Real-time service impact analytics Our analytics platform also allows us to prioritize work. We automatically correlate events to determine which, if any, business services are being impacted.
